Laws are the list of rules recognized by the community. These are the regulating in nature, the community functions following these rules, any infringement attracts a penalty.
Common laws are generally unwritten laws, that are founded on the decisions given by the courts. Also, they help in reaching an outcome when the present laws can not give the situation.
Code laws are legislations that attempts to comprehensively encircle an extensive network of laws or a specific law as it prevailed at the time when the code was enacted through codification.
