  2. Create an external style sheet and name it as act12.css.
  3. Properly declare and link the CSS file inside the HTML document.
  4. In this exercise, you should create a page that represents the list of the different sections of a chapter in a different way. Each of the sections must be shown in a different block, and each block must be absolutely positioned in a diagonal top-left to bottom-right direction. You’re free to add additional CSS properties to improve the visual content of the HTML document such as background colors, font styles and other decorations.
