the activation energy for the exergonic reactions without a catalysis enzyme is much higher opposed to the reaction with a catalysis enzyme; the free energy is constant and doesn’t change whether if there is a catalysis enzyme; the transition state differs because, in an exergonic reaction without a catalysis enzyme, it takes longer for the transition state to occur and has a higher energy peak requirement while if there’s a catalysis enzyme, then the transition state occurs quicker and has a lower energy peak requirement.
