Nitrogen waste are formed inside all body cell. These waste are transported to kidney by blood and change into urine by 3 processes:

1) Ultrafilteration:

Ultrafilteration: It occurs on the basis of that at the arterial pressure tissue fluid is formed as the fluid goes out from blood capillaries to ultra vascular compartment due to outward pressure gradient. Blood enters the Bowman capsule at a hydrostatic pressure. Filtering of large amount of water in small size insoluble substances like amino acid,urea, uric acid, and other ions like Na⁺ K⁺ occurs but no fat,carbohydrates filter out.

This filteration under pressure is called Ultrafilteration.
