Scenario 1 (Day 1):

Tracy De Guzman is a 21-year-old woman, a resident of Lagao, General Santos City. She is 38 weeks pregnant. This is her second pregnancy, and she has attended all previous visits with her mother and Frank, the father of her baby. Tracy is very quiet and makes limited eye contact at the Health Center. Tracy’s pregnancy has been relatively uneventful. Her weight gain has been 23 pounds. Laboratory values and blood pressure have been within normal limits. A 20-week ultrasound found no abnormalities of fetal anatomy. At her last visit to the barangay health center, the midwife told her they would discuss the birthplace. Tracy’s options are to deliver in one of two tertiary hospitals in the city with complications or at Conel Health Center.

Tracy arrives with her mother on the day of admission, and the Health Center midwife notices that she seems to be more serious. The midwife assessed Tracy took vital signs, and revealed the following data:
