1. Sole Proprietorship- It is a form of business which is owned and managed by a single person only. It is easy to establish and less expensive as compared to other forms of business ownership. It has unlimited liability which means that the personal property of the proprietor can also be used to repay the debts of business.

All profit is enjoyed by owner.

There are less regulations.

 

2.Partnership-A partnership is a association of two or more than two persons who come together and contribute their resources so as to earn profit and divide or share them in a agreed ratio.
