May someone please help me? May you please explain to me what could have been done to prevent these scenarios? I really want to understand all of these. Thank you. Scenario 1 Security Personnel: Sir, our systems have been breached! Systems Manager: What?! How did that happen?!! Security Personnel: All our data have been forcefully corrupted using an unknown virus through our “secured” network. Systems Manager: S***!   2.  Information Officer: Why is my PC continuously showing these ads? I need this PC to function as optimally as possible! Security Personnel: (Looks at the PC and saw the continuous popping of explicit sexual ads)Uhhh…. Sir? (looks awkwardly at him) What have you been accessing so far?   3. CEO: I need the sales results right now! Security Manager: Sir, we apologize for the delay but it has come to our attention that someone from our company is leaking all our sales data to our competitors. CEO: Who?!! Security Manager: We don’t know sir. And it will really take time for us to find that out. 4. Accounting Personnel: Sir! All my data are corrupted! Security Personnel: Why did that happen? Accounting Personnel: I don’t know, which is why I’m here, can you restore all of it? I’m in a pinch right now. My last backup record was last month.
