Question

Jessica is a 28 year-old married woman is employed in a high demanding job in a large hospital.
Jessica has continuously been a high achiever. She graduated with high grades in both school and
college. She has extremely elevated requirements for herself and can be exceptionally self-basic
when she fails to meet them. Of late, she has struggled with important feelings of uselessness and
shame due to her inability to achieve the work just as she generally has before.
For as far back as couple of weeks Jessica has felt extraordinarily tired and discovered it
increasingly difficult to concentrate at work. Her coworkers have observed that she is often
irritable and withdrawn, which is quite different from her typically positive and friendly
character. She has phoned in wiped out on a few events, which is totally not normal for her. On
those days she remains in bed throughout the day, sitting in front of the TV or sleeping.
At home, she experienced issues falling asleep at night. Her husband is heard her having frequent
tearful telephone discussions with her dearest friend, which have him stressed. In spite of the fact
that she hasn't ever thought about suicide, Jessica has ended up progressively disappointed with
her life. She’s been having frequent thoughts of wanting she was dead. She gets disappointed
with herself since she has a feeling that she has no reason to be happy, yet can't shake the feeling
of fate and agony that has been obfuscating every day starting late.
