The company aims to create India's most respected chain of Pharmacies & Wellness Stores by the next year. Health Source Inc is planning to open fifteen stores in the next one year in different parts of the country. New stores will be located in both tier one and tier two cities. Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Nasik, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gurgaon, and few cities in states like Andhra and Kerala etc. are some of the places where new stores will be located.

Health Source Inc is planning to recruit 50 employees at following levels – MBA Trainees, Middle and senior level Managers. MBA Trainees after being recruited by the company will go through 6 months’ probation period before being absorbed as front line executives.  Organization is keen that it should recruit right candidates with required skill and attitude and should facilitate adaptation of new employees to the organization through effective induction training process. Organization strongly believe that right employees are assets for the organization. Of 50 vacancies, 30 vacancies are at the level of MBA Trainees who in six months will be absorbed as executives. Organization wants to groom and develop high performing and high potential executives for future managerial positions. It consider these young executives as future of the organization. It wants to recruit MBAs with qualities that will enable them to navigate the competitive environment in a fast changing and digital world.
