Leave the 4 tubes in their respective temperatures for 30 minutes. The 4thtubeallows to stand for 30 minutes after heating for 2 minutes.4. Test the contents of each tube with iodine and benedict’s tests.In sterilization, which among the supplies, instruments, glassware, etc. under the list of materials can be sterilized using either or both equipment below? Ensure the leads were plugged into the correct slots in the power supply. The power was turned on and started the electrophoresis running until the dye was migrated to an appropriate distance. After electrophoresis, the gel was stained with Coomassie brilliant…
