Let us denote B=boy and G=girl

Given that at least 4 of the children are girls. So the possible outcomes for that event is=(4G, 1B) and (5G)

We can have (4G, 1B) in 5!4!=5 ways.

We can have 5G in 1 way only.

So total (5+1)=6 outcomes have at least 4 girls. 

Among them 5 outcomes have 1 boy.
