  • Analyze the probability of the identified risk occurring and the severity of the impact on the project strategies.
  • Develop a Risk Management Framework/Model to be used on this project.
  • Develop a Risk Register with the following parameters; Risk Source, Risk Factor, Risk Analysis ( Probability Vs Impact), Risk Impact, Risk Significance, Risk Ranking, Risk Owner and Risk Mitigation Measure for the identified risk
