Two concentric spheres at radii r = 2 and r = 5 has a dielectric in between them. The dielectric constant is 6 and has a charge distribution ρv = 15 r-2 nc/m3. V (r = 2) = 0 and V (r = 5) = 40 V. Determine the voltage at r = 3.  Please solve using the boundry value problem method. Remember  ρv = 15 r-2 nc/m3 , ρv is not equal to 0 so I think we need to Poisson's equation but I am not sure.
