ACTOR #1: TEACHER.
ACTOR #2: TEACHER GUIDE
ACTOR #3: PARENT/MINISTRY OF EDUCATION.
For this process, the actor teacher 1 makes his entry in the system of the qualifications of each student by partial, so that periodically the complete history of these notes is obtained through the system, and on the established dates, the teacher guide actor 2, will be in charge of taking the notes from the system of all the subjects of each student, and present them either to the parents or ministry of education (Actor 3) with the approval information for each subject and the teacher who taught each course.
