We know that the derivative is 0  at the maximum and minimum point on the graph 

From the graph we can see that there is a minimum point at x=0

The derivative at minimum point is 0

So f'(0)=0

 

Now we find derivative at x=1

To find derivative at x=1 , lets find slope at x=1

Lets pick two points from the graph between x=0  to 2

(0,0)  and (1,2)

slope =2-01=2

Slope  at x=1 is approximately 2

So f'(1)=2
