I do think that more accommodations need to be made for people who smoke to make the law easier to comply with. If they can't smoke inside in public spaces during one of our harsh Minnesota winters, then there should be more sheltered outdoor spaces - possibly with heating, similar to Metro Transit sheltered stops - for people who smoke to go to in order to quell their symptoms.
