First i would have to complete at least 12 units here at Long Beach City College so that i may transfer my credits from my previous college. In order to transfer to a 4-year university, more specifically, california state university (CSU), i must complete 60 units to transfer. 30 of those 60 units need to follow CSU general education breadth requirements
academic year 2012 – 2013, among the nearby colleges within 30 miles radius from Burbank, Citrus College in Glendora, CA had 100% pass rate with 29 graduate students who were first time takers of National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). Santa Monica College has 54 graduates with 98.15% pass rate. Pasadena City College, 15 miles away from Burbank had 141 graduates who took the exam first time and achieved a pass rate of 95.74%. time for me to turn in assignments or take a test I performed miserably, but I was quick in coming up with excuses. Worst part was that I believed them. This trend followed me through high school and into college. My excuses finally caught up with me when I got dismissed from Long Beach City College for having poor grades.
