was only privileged for men and boys. Mariam on the other hand, was poor and considered illegitimate and not able to attend school like she wanted. In the book, Laila states "Babi had made it clear to Laila from a young age that the most important thing in his life, after safety, was her schooling." Laila's father, Babi, had always valued education. He had made sure Laila got the most out of her chance at education while she could before it was taken from her. enjoyed;” rather describe the evidence of children’s reactions to the learning experience. Today we went on a field trip to the gardens and it went really well. The children ran, jumped, screamed, and explored all throughout the gardens. I was so happy we all had the chance to enjoy nature! At the beginning of the day several children and I climbed up some rocks. One child exclaimed, “I am jumping on the rocks!” Another child fell, but quickly got up and said, “I am fine!” As the children were
I think the one heroic character trait that fits Odysseus best is “cunning”. There are many stories from “The Wanderings” that shows just how cunning Odysseus is; from tricking monsters like the cyclops, to pretending to be a beggar so he could reclaim his kingdom. Some of these stories may not sound like much but without Odysseus’s cunning trait things would have ended up completely different. If Odysseus didn’t have his cunning trait he wouldn’t have been able to trick the suitors into thinking
As the semester comes to a close, my mind goes back to where I started. There are so many things I have learned and so many opportunities I was able to take advantage of. I am very thankful for these experiences and the many people I have had the privilege to meet during this semester. Though some of this learning was related to the courses I was taking, some of the learning was discovering things about myself. Someone once said “You will never always be motivated. You have to learn to be disciplined

For many of us, high school is that daunting step where students go from a small fish in a small pond, to a slightly larger fish in a much bigger pond. It explains that how students start their career from “a small fish” meaning in the first year they are very new to high school, they have plenty of new and great things to learn and also many more ways to go through in their life. They will face some problems, will go through
saying “I wouldn't have laid a hand on you unless absolutely necessary”(Munyol 95). This shows how the teacher used an unorthodox and harsh method to produce his results. He explains how he was disappointed in them and how they so easily gave in. He did the unpopular thing. He stood up to Om and beat that class into submission. This example ties back into how a twisted hero is not someone desired upon being for being and using objectionable standards,
that employers will drop their mouths in awe of your internship and piece of paper, that you call your degree. They see hundreds of resumes just like yours a year, but you're you, so diversification is not required to stay competitive. Afterall, It’s not like 83% of graduates end up in a career outside their major. So diversification like traveling the world, learning about the real world, and studying real-world subjects, isn’t necessary to get your foot in the door of your chosen career path. Why

Abel is the definition of a bad guy and with that Anna began to change. Instead of dreaming for herself she wanted her polish peddler to have a better life. He is the “bad boy” for a reason but that doesn’t mean he is when he gets home. Anna realizes that he has a little sister named Micha. Anna begins to see things that she shouldn’t
