Yes all A’s, the rest of the year i am going for all A’s and B’s. Because im am currently failing the 8th grade my first and second quarter. I had below a 2.0 because I had came into 8th grade. Like it was going to be a breeze and let me tell you now. It is not is very difficult it is not going to be a breeze.
So this quarter I am going to actually study. Every single thing and do every single paper a teacher gives out. Because I need everything to pass the quarter and the rest of the year. Unless I will be back at Bradford academy with the 7th graders. Now and that is not my goal to end up in the 8th grade again. I want to be able to go to the high school I want to go to and it's not Bradford.
I am also going to be working harder than I ever
So far this year in 8th grade is not really that bad. I thought the first week the teachers weren't going to hold off and we were going to get a ton of homework. Fortunately I was wrong and also glad that the teachers understood that we were still getting used to the new hallway, new classes, and new way of doing things. I really enjoyed going back to the paper copies of agendas because nobody ever used the online ones and now both me and my parents know what I must have done. For the record this school year is off to a great start in my books and I hope other students can stay the
Looking back on the 3rd quarter I look and see how I have improved from the 2nd a 1st quarters. in the 1st quarter my grades where around a 3.1 average, but by the second quarter it was around a 3.6. I'm hoping that in the 4th quarter
7th grade is very difficult and very fun at the same time. It is filled with teacher that push you to your limits. Also, people expect more from you and you get less privileges than you should have. 7th grade is much different than I thought and very hectic. We have to do more homework for each class and we have less time to do it. It is also very dramatic because the girls are very annoying and take everything way too seriously.
Although, there are times in my two years here in RHAM Middle School where things did get hard, but I still worked hard and tried my best and did everything to be best ability. I made sure I worked hard in all my subjects and I made sure I kept all my grades up even during sports. There are many things that I have accomplished in my middle school year, and there are many things that I am proud of. One of my accomplishments were having fantastic grades in all my subjects this year. In my seventh grade year I didn’t have really good grades, I guess because it was my first grade in middle school it was just stressful and nerve racking. My main goal this year was to try a lot harder than I did last year, stay focused on my school work inside school and out, and make sure to keep up my grades and have no C’s during any quarter
Hi Anthony it's nice to meet you. I am hoping the same as you to be able to earn a high passing grade. I am also hoping to improve my writing skills as well. I can agree with you on being able to talk about almost any topic for a long period of time, but writing it out can be hard. I hope you have a great quarter and you earn the A that you are working
I’ll start this paper with my fourth grade years. Then into my fifth grade years. Next, to my sixth grade. Finally, to seventh grade year. These four years of my life have been a blast and now I get to share this awesomeness with you! All these memories are never going to leave me and just know that what I tell today is what makes me. Now let’s begin…
I really want to pass all my classes with an A or a B. The reason i want to do this is because i don't want to go to summer school because i failed my classes. I don't want to go to 9th period either. Also i don't want to get in trouble. Right now i'm failing most of my classes and i have to work really hard to get my grades up. I need to pay attention in class and ask questions if i have any. I also need to do my homework because it helps me out a lot in my grade and it helps me because its practice. When there’s a test coming up i need to ask questions and i need to study and make sure i know
Freshman year is quite a change from the way you live in high school. One of the largest changes of which was fiscal responsibility and expenses of being a student. There were 3 main expenses that I incurred throughout my freshman year that I likely should have put more thought into budgeting. The first expense was food, I'm 6'4" so I eat a lot of food and never realized how expensive it is to buy groceries myself. Some freshman do a campus meal plan for their food expenses, which can be quite costly (upwards of $1000 a semester), and some people decide to cook in their dorms. Another major expense is textbooks or course materials, some of these books can have a price tag of more than $200 a piece. Many students, including myself, chose to
I will do my best to make me grade. One way I can do it is by doing what I suppose to do. Put first thing first.
My feelings toward certain grades differ depending on my teachers, courses, and other internal and external factors. I think my favorite grade so far has been freshman year, even though my mood wasn’t always so great. I had great teachers and fun classes. The year was overall pretty good, especially compared to the year before that. My eighth grade year has been my least favorite grade. I had pretty okay teachers, good friends, and I wasn’t getting bullied, so it might seem confusing as to why I disliked it so much. Starting in sixth or seventh grade, my motivation severely declined and my head was always filled with negative thoughts. My bad habits only grew worse and snowballed my last year of middle school. Everything was so overwhelming
In “ Chicago schools to require graduating students to have plans for future by Emma Brown, the author was describing how you need a plan for the future so you can graduate is a good thing or a bad thing. I agree with it because it helps parents not stress about their child not knowing what to do after high school, it helps students stay focus on they grades knowing that they have a plan and helps students have a goal and a plan to rach what they want to do.
I don't have the best of grades so I have devised a plan to help me get my grades up especially in ELA. I could ask for my missing work and turn in said work. I could also do more work and put more effort into my work, but I also could work on ways to relieve stress and I will write about those ways.
First of all, how well you do will really affect what you will be able to do in high school and, I have been told that they will really look at your grades from your 8th grade year so that puts a lot of stress on you to do your best this year.
My first semester goal I would like to accomplish is to pass all my classes with an “A” average. I have managed to achieve this throughout my high school career and would love to maintain this till graduation. The classes I am enrolled in this semester are fairly easy, excluding Dual English 101. Dual English will be my toughest obstacle this semester. This class is more challenging because it is held at a college standard. Passing all my classes with an “A” average will also ensure my spot in clubs such as National Honors Society and BETA Club. This will also raise my grade point average which benefits myself in many different ways. Along with raising my grade point average, achieving this goal could potentially raise my class ranking.
Dear 8th graders if you wanna pass and no bullcrap with teachers just listen to the teachers and do your work its not hard if you doing your work and listen to the teacher with there talking I mean I know I didn't do that and im dumb for not doing at but next time I well for in the future I can get a good job and everything just listen to the teachers and don't talk when they tell not to and don't do crap with the teachers busy I been there so don't do that and don't talk back because its going to in up calling your mom or dad or iss just
