This week I went out on a case for Tashara Handcock a casework in my unit. Ms. Handcock relies on me with going out on cases for her. I am always glad to lighten her load, and gain experience while out on the field. Ms. Handcock is not the only one who trust me with her caseload. Monica McDonald ask me to see some of her clients as well. I went out on cases with her, and typed up case notes explaining our visits with the client.
After enrollment into the program was complete, HARRIS nor MCGHEE presented HILL with any questions of how the program worked, timesheet approvals or submissions. HILL monitored any changes in DANIEL’s need for services through face to face monthly visits which lasted about 40 minutes. Changes in the need for services may be due to an admission to the hospital, a long-term nursing facility or relocation to another state.
Today, MSC visited Maria at her residence for a face to face visit. When MSC walked in Maria was having a snack at the table. Maria waved and greeted her staff. MSC said, Hello, How are you?" She stated that she needs to talk to MSC in private after she finishes her food. MSC spoke wither Medical Direct Care Counselor Marie Rose. She stated that Maria has been doing good. He is cooperative at times, but requires redirection. Maria stated that she is medically stable and her behavior has improved over the past few months. She is communicates her wants and needs effectively. Maris continues to go to all of her medical appointments and enjoys attending program. Maria goes on all community inclusions and makes suggestions on places she would like to go. She struggles with balancing money, staff continues to assist her in budgeting.

The cleaners keep the area sanitary; the admin workers keep companies running, and traffic control lets Singapore flow smoothly. I am more open-minded and optimistic towards other people, avoiding judgment based on what occupation a person holds. I appreciate minor roles in the civilian world because they create a happy Singapore, just like how every army vocation keeps Singapore safe.
