Once at the age of 7 Aundreas decided to run away after a discussion with his mom, Aundreas had wanted a vanilla pudding cup instead he got a chocolate pudding cup. His Mother Crystal had told him that if he kept hitting his pudding cup with a spoon and making a mess he would get one of his Ps2 games taken away. Aundreas stopped looking his mother in hers eyes observing the green color laced with gold as he slowly lowered his arm pushing the pudding cup over. Crystal shook her head as she sipped from her glass of water, she walked to his room grabbing his Shadow sega. Ps2 case making sure Aundreas clearly saw what she had, his eyes grew dormant with anger and boredom. Me out mom, we done he said as he walked to his room, he grabbed his bob the builder backpack as a tear when down his cheek.
Although he had a tear pour kid had no idea that the game wasn´t anything to cry about but it was indeed a good game, In Fact one of the only that really entertained him even if he was just moving the character in a circle shooting laser bullets into random directions. Aundre stuffed into his bag his stuffed dinosaur that had one eye for some reason, his stuffed monkey, some Abs blockś but only the letters that spelled his name, his ps2 but only the console, his markers and his cape he stole from his elmo super hero doll. He yawned as he zipped up the bag putting on his size 7 shoes with yellow socks, he slid a batman cap onto his head along with the matching gloves. Just like that he
The car pulled into the garage and with all three boxes--one under my right arm and the other two in my hands--I dashed inside before my parents even opened their car doors. Sliding into the living room, I quickly sat down and ripped off the clear plastic covering from the first box. And then the second. And then the third. I started “battling” with the cards immediately; however, within thirty minutes I became bored. Were my parents right? Should I have looked around the store? Then ideas of what I could have bought flooded my head: the new Nerf Longshot, new soccer cleats, the Madden game...and the list continued and each toy item seemed better than the dumb cards I had bought. Why had I not looked around the store? Regret and anger soon consumed me because of my
“Uh, yeah! Sure!” When I knew I was l alone I ran all over town looking for the source of the snow. I finally found it at an abandoned warehouse just outside of town. I waited a couple of seconds before saying something but before I could, someone spoke.
I soon realized that I had no real idea of how to enact my plan and became more frustrated. I knew I needed a second opinion and intended to speak to Lucky when I realized that in my fit of despair I had left him behind. I decided that a rescue mission was in order and climbed out from under my bed. Sneaking through the house I reached my brother’s room and was shocked to find only Lucky there. I raced over lifting him from the bed and hugging him close knowing he was once again safe. I turned to leave but right before I could I noticed a faint noise coming from within the blankets. Lifting them I found true temptation. There sat Joey’s GameBoy taunting me as I stared in wonderment. It dawned on me that I could just go back to my room and find a different way to get the chance to play but with no one in sight I decided that taking it now
He left the office and went straight to the bedroom. He was going to see if there was anything that he could change into, but he immediately just collapsed on the bed.
“This is a story that happened long ago,” the old man said. It was on his last days, every breath, making it worthwhile. His youngest grandson listening to his last words coming out of his mouth. He was a wise old man. Spent his time well, and lived his life.
“Stop, stop, our satellite is telling us that the ancient pyramid is below us us!” I
“Where is my brush? I swear I just filled up my bottle, too! Where is everything?” Alex sighs, her frustration displayed on her face. Groaning, she turns and puts her hair into two high pigtails, her hair cascading down her shoulders, flowing like black froth. Although her hair was curly, it fell in soft waves when brushed. If she doesn’t brush her hair, soft ringlets fall down her back, cascading over her shoulders. She groans, her face scrunching up, as she walks outside with another bottle. A slight blur sounds on her right, but as she looks, it’s gone.
As I look out my window, all I see is a deep, dark void. Then my eyes adjust. Sparkling lights slowly appear out of the blank. I look to my left, and see a brown marble, the size of my fingernail. I look back inside the ship. Machines buzz, buttons click, the engine hums. The symphony of sounds slowly faded into faint white noise.
It was a day like any other. The sun had barely started to creep over the horizon letting few rays escape to illuminate our home.
“Hurry! It’s this way,” The young woman called back to her two companions as they raced up the barren landscape, a dark red, stiff foliage layering over the white soil beneath their feet. “Just over this ridge!”
After my nap I found my phone inside I called my mom and she answered. "Hey baby, how are you enjoying it" she said ans I brust of tears. "Its terrible he gave me to this guy and now I'm locked in this very house, I can't leave or do anything mom!" I screamed. "Take deep breathe sweety" I heard her voice cracking.
“If anyone can hear me...we”--cough, cough-- “ we... this much smoke in here, we gotta...we gotta get out,” the man screamed.
While driving down Lemon Grove Blvd. after leaving the motel, Marlene smiled, recalling the past few hours she had spent there and wanted to get home before Jerry and Andrew arrived. Driving down her driveway she parked, brushed her hair, freshened her lipstick before rushing into the house, calling out, “Honey, I’m home” Hearing no response, relieved that she was safe, going into the kitchen, she made a fresh pot of coffee. While waiting, she sat at the counter and glanced through the morning paper. Answering the phone when it rang, Marlene asked, “Barnes residence, may I help you?”
Shaking, I stand up, trying to steady my body and my mind. I make my way across the lot back onto the street. I start towards my house once again.
Dustin was so excited to make it back to school to from Christmas break to tell all of his friends what he had gotten for Christmas. He had received lots of cool toys for Christmas but it would be only one that would cause his classmates eyes to light up. This amazing gift was his brand new Playstation 4. After months of working hard on convincing his mom and getting straight “A’s” in all of his classes, his mom finally decided to reward her 8 year old son with the costly game system.
