The researchers will only conduct the survey on the employees and the people who dine-in in Jollibee fast food restaurant at Zamora Tacloban City and nothing will be asked that is not related to the study. The researcher will limit himself not to asked confidential file or issue about their
Employees in the establishment, question that will be asked to the employees of Jollibee will be base on the safety and sanitation practices of employees in the said establishment only and nothing more.
DEFINITION OF TERMS

There is a wide variety of fast food restaurants in America catering to different regionals, cultural, and ethic tastes. Of all the choices available, which ones would qualify as the top 5 Worst Fast Food Restaurants in America? Based on their management, service, and cleanliness, my personal choices would be McDonald’s, Burger King, KFC, Wendy’s, and Taco Bell. My brother gave up all fast food for these same reasons. The results of his decision was a loss of weight, increased energy, and better health overall. Using these criteria, management, service, and cleanliness, we can examine and compare each of my fine restaurant choices.

Fast food is not only found at the drive-thru diners with the golden arches or the giant burgers in front of their buildings although they are the most common thing we think of when we hear the term “fast food“. Fast food is any food that is quick, convenient, and inexpensive for the most part. It can be bought just about anywhere that sells food and snacks. Vending machines play a huge part in bad food choices. They are found in most offices and schools for people on the go to grab a quick bite. Twenty-four hour convenience stores are probably the most common places to find fast food but we don’t usually think of it as fast food because it isn’t sold threw a drive-thru restaurant. These foods are so popular because for under five dollars you can usually get a meal that may not be the healthiest choice but will fill you up. However, although fast food is inexpensive it is only that way because it is made with cheaper ingredients.
The given theme has been investigated by us for two years. Thus from abstract work it has developed into scientific research to what the volume of the material we provide testifies.
Almost all food served at fast food restaurants has an extremely high fat and calorie content and lacks nutritional value.

Food contamination refers to the presence in food of harmful chemicals and microorganisms which can cause consumer illness.
It is evident that even students of elite schools throw garbage on the ground even in the presence of garbage bins. This shows our attitude towards cleanliness and hygiene.
