According To Quanzarius's Physical Abuse

Lila Ortega, a College of the Redwoods said her boyfriend Kyle Zoellner, 23, and her friends at the party were struck at various times after he asked two men if they’d seen her missing phone. She said she was punched in the face by a man and her boyfriend was beat to the ground a kicked repeatedly.

Per Reporter: Donna (James lawyer) contacted CPS 9/18/17 with concerns of physical abuse towards Preston. According to Donna, James (victim’s father) went to pick up Preston 9/16/17. During that time Denise told James that she hit Preston so hard in his face it made her hand hurt. There were no marks or bruising noticed. It is unknown of when the incident happened or what caused the incident. James was recently court ordered to receive unsupervised visitations. Kayla (victim’s mother) has supervised visitation with Preston. The allegations were not discussed with Denise.

A short time later juvenile #2 arrived at the residence and knocked on the front door. Juvenile #1 stated he opened the front door and was struck by juvenile #2 repeatedly in the face with closed fists. Juvenile #1 was adamant the assault was unprovoked. Christine stated she was looking through the front window and observed the assualt take place. Christine and other neighbors chased juveniles #2, 3 and 4 south from the residence and then west on Oak St. The group caught of with the juveniles at Wadsworth School.

R/s July 3rd-8th Danielle (4) and Josiah (5) were staying in Georgia with Judy and Felicia Wilson. R/s Felicia beat Mariah with an electrical cord and Mariah has scratches on her back and bruised buttock. R/s Danielle (mom) took the child to ER and trying to press charges against Felicia.

Reporter stated he was getting ready to go to work Friday morning around 4:30 a.m. and Marquise was standing outside his home crying. Marquise has been sleeping at the home since Friday. Reporter hasn't met any of Marquise's family. Reporter's child is friends with Marquise. He said Marquise's mother is in a nursing home in Noxubee county. Reporter stated he and his wife are trying to help Marquise. Reporter stated Marquise hasn't been in school. He said he was suspended for 10 days but he barely goes to school when he is not suspended. He is suppose to be back at school now. Yesterday was his last day of suspension. R/s today La’Nyiah reported that on last night her brother beat her repeatedly with an extension cord. R/s La’Nyiah said when she tried to tell her mom and dad her brother would try to make her stop, he told her not to tell them. R/s La’Nyiah stated that her Brother never had hurt her before. R/s La’Nyiah has two large stripe bruises on the right foreman, that are 3ins long 1in wide and the same bruises are on both upper thighs. R/s the brother watches La’Nyiah in the afternoons until parents get home.

The reporter stated on 11/19/15, the children had a forensic interview with Regan Smith, family nurse at Children’s Safe Center. The reporter stated after the interview, Ms. Smith made a recommendation that the children seek professional counseling for lack of supervision; Ms. Smith also recommended that Ms. Kiner is not capable of properly caring for the children. According to the reporter, the children are not supervised properly, they leave the home after Ms. Kiner takes Oxycodine prescribed for back pain, and they vandalize and tear up her furniture and home. On 10/04/16 at approximately 1400 hrs, I conducted a follow-up at PEMHS to speak to Gerald. Upon arrival I made contacted with Gerald Tertulien. When asked about the incident on 09/30/16 Tertulien advised he separate two girls from a fight but he did not know who they were. Tertulien explained there were no documentation of any girls touching each other and no documentation of the fight.

IRTC spoke with the assigned CPS, Nancy Rios, who reported that she made a visit to the case address on 6/22/17 and spoke with the family regarding the alleged choking incident. CPS expressed that the subject child’s younger sister indicated that she observed the incident and the alleged subject did grab the subject child by the neck and choked him during the altercation. CPS conveyed that she spoke with the subject child who reported that he was not choked during the incident and he was maneuvering like the “Matrix” when the alleged subject tried to grab him. Wendy never take the time to listen to what Yvonkus has to say. Jamaree has turned Wendy against Yvonkus. Wendy has been known to threatened Yvonkus to contact CPS. Krystal told Caniyah to slap the other lady’s daughter, and the other lady threatened to contact law enforcement. Law enforcement didn’t come out to the home because the other lady didn’t contact them, according to the reporter; the reporter believes the other lady and her daughter went into their home. The incident occurred on Sunday (07/17/2016). The reporter said Cadarius (2 year old) wears diapers, and Krystal doesn’t buy him any diapers.
