My company’s service operations as a gaming company would be entertainment. And the good it produces is video games it’s what people want to buy from activation blizzard
The quality of this company’s product is what made it famous it wasn’t just the excitement of the game it was the quality the way the game looked the way it played the content of it was suburb from the case to the gameplay quality is a big factor
Activision blizzards is one of the fortune 100 companies to work for in 2015 if that’s not motivation then I think the classic way of motivation is used because their product or games come from different studios that the company owns and their cuts come from the sale of their product
Although, seeing as video games are increasingly popular today, not everyone met as unfortunate of a fate. Today, many could credit this to the video game development corporation known as Atari, which arose in 1972 and continuously flourished until about 1982. In 1972, Atari came out with PONG, the first electronic arcade game, and it was an enormous accomplishment that exploded into what is now called the electronic gaming revolution. As time passed, Atari managed to triumph over its competition time and time again, but that is not to say that each of the failed corporations did not feature something that is used today. In fact, a couple of the failed organizations contributed something original to what is common today. For instance, Fairchild Camera and Instrument creating the first system that could play several different games, rather than just one. Another aforementioned group, RCA, was the first to produce and utilize keypad controllers instead of paddles or joysticks. Other consoles that came along, such as Intellivision and Vectrex, sported better graphics than the Atari’s consoles and games, but they still did not manage to gross the amount of money that Atari did because Atari was still on top of collecting all of the most entertaining and enjoyable games of their time. Maybe it's just my nerves getting the best of me. This would be the game of a lifetime and it would be my last game whether we win or lose. The High School championship basketball game would be filled with press and crawling with college coaches eager to offer the students that stand out the most amongst the others. My knee was still bothering me, but I wouldn't let that hold me back from giving my all for the last game of my senior year. Everyone was pumped, we knew it was now or never. We were more than prepared to win this game. We started our pregame dance, as usual, I was always first to start us off because the team agreed I had the most rhythm. I did a few dance moves, a bit of twerking and a few other things my parents probably wouldn't approve of, but it was all for kicks and giggles. After my dancing, I returned to my spot in the circle and waited for the next person to go in.

In Clash Royale my goal is to make it to Royal Arena, maybe even the frosty Frozen Peak! How will I do this? Countering everything. The only reason to counter is because your Crown tower is at 500 health or lower. The only way I’ll get to Royal Arena is to use the most annoying deck in Clash Royale is the Spawner Deck. The hardest battle in Spell Valley was against this lvl 9. He was annoying and all but, I still won. Here's how I did it. I placed down the mighty P.E.K.K.A. Then my Witch followed my P.E.K.K.A. He countered with Skeleton Army. The Skeletron Army just got demolished by my Witch. My P.E.K.K.A decimated the Crown Tower. My P.E.K.K.A. was still at half health. For my research paper, I decided to write about the gaming community. As a gamer, I know that the community strives on technology and the Internet. Over the years, technological improvements allowed the gaming community to communicate and share information through multiple platforms. Additionally, video games allow people of all ages to learn or develop skills.
It derives from feelings, actions, cognitive forces of behavior (Cherry, 2018). Motivation is an essential part of life, personally and professionally. It is this driving force that allows you to strive for better and greater things for yourself. Others see this as a sign of strength, fortitude, determination, diligence and even perseverance. When a person is motivated to do something, they take great care in the process to achieve that goal from start to finish (Kinicki & Williams, 2016). While each goal is significant in its own right, it is just as important to complete for the overall goal at hand. Often times there are motivational factors in the workplace that allows for greater rewards. These rewards can be monetary and nonmonetary. In a previous job I worked as project manager for a call center. In this position, one of the main factors of my job was coming up with ways to motivate the call center employees without monetary rewards. This in itself was a challenge but allowed me to be creative while becoming more engaged in the wants and needs of the call center. One of my favorite nonmonetary rewards consisted of being able to set up a movie and game room for the representatives to use during their breaks. Each day I would play a different movie for them to watch on their breaks. In another room I was able to set up game and provide game passes. If they met their metrics for the month, I was able to get them time off the phones in pairs to play board games, puzzles, and even the Nintendo game system brought from home. This gave them the ability to unwind from their calls and from intermittent work stresses. In other instances, I was able to have themes days such as beach day, the first day of summer allowing them to wear shorts, flip-flops, and hats. There is no widely accepted definition of what an indie game is, but there are a few defining characteristics. Indie games, or independently developed games, are usually developed by a small team without the funding of a publisher. Usually the companies that make these games are specifically formed to create these small games. These companies (due to the lack of a publisher) have total creative freedom for their games and no limitations on what can be in these games. They often touch on delicate and sensitive subjects that mainstream games would not. The fact that these teams are small but still have the ability to touch on sensitive topics in the world with their games. Overwatch was an organisation formed by Earth's United Nations 30 years earlier. I say "was", because it was destroyed, torn apart by various allegations and infighting --- and eventually led to an explosion at the Swiss headquarters that reportedly killed two of its founding and leading members, Gabriel Reyes and John "Jack" Morrison. Reyes initially led the group, but it was Morrison who shot to prominence and became Overwatch's first official commander, creating a rift between these two soldiers in the process. Video Game Designing is when people create new games. They decide what a game will be about and how it would look. Video game designers may design games for computers, game consoles, or cell phones. In 2013, the video game industry as a whole made about $24 billions (Powell 6). What inspires individuals to pursue a career in video game designing? Most game designers were inspired to pursue this career because they had their own ideals of making video games even better or bring it up to the next level. For example, creating your own characters to be extremely powerful with ultra armor, so you cannot be killed or defeated easily. Also creating your own custom levels some can be more adventures or, a 3D level with virtual worlds can make it more advance. Video game designers today are stepping up their skills on making video games more advanced and challenging to win then the games in the past.

Many of us have played various games on our phones, tablets, computers, or any type of video game console. There have been discussions of video games having a negative effect on players. The article, A literature review of research on video games, perception, and identity, is describing how video game literature has withdrawn analyzing and focusing on violence and other effects of video game play. Also, the topic has developed into a debate in psychology since their violent content became politicized amongst congressional hearings in the 1990s. In addition, this review of research on video games has shown or advised that over a long period of time, increased exposure and frequent gameplay has a large effect on three crucial themes, which are attachment and empathy, identification, and gender roles (Falcon). With prior studies and past practical research, this literature review analyzes major topics and issues in video game research above and beyond matters concerning violent content (Falcon).
