An outstanding teacher needs to have adequate knowledge of content in order to teach the students effectively. In addition to content knowledge, the teacher needs to have the ability to be flexible and adaptable in the classroom. Whether it is from one class period to the next or even from generation to generation, student needs are constantly changing. Moreover, the effective and impactful teacher is one that can monitor and adjust and meet the students where they are. Furthermore, it is also important to have passion about the subject area that the students are learning. As a music teacher, I will readily acknowledge the fact that the vast majority of my students will not grow up to be music teachers or musicians as full-time careers. Yet, I still aim to give all of the students whom I serve the opportunity to experience how much music can be a positive influence and enhance their lives even if it never becomes their life’s passion. I must say that it would be almost impossible to incite excitement about learning music if I was apathetic about my subject area. Passion is a way for the outstanding teacher to show students that the subject area is indeed meaningful and should have a place in their lives. Ultimately, adding passion to strong content knowledge and flexibility in the classroom can be the difference between a satisfactory classroom experience and a truly great

While there are many ways to be an outstanding teacher, every high-quality teacher should, in my opinion, have these skills and dispositions:
I believe in order to be considered an outstanding teacher, you need to have diverse set of skills and abilities. An outstanding teacher needs to have many different qualities, because a teacher not only teaches, but serves as a role-model, mentor, and supporter. Teachers instill the love of learning in their students. Teachers need to be enthusiastic, patient, understanding, and organized. An outstanding teacher also needs to be able to work well with other, such as co-workers and administrators. Outstanding teachers need to be able to self-reflect in order to continue developing. They need to consistently develop new teaching strategies and techniques. They need to keep students engaged and enthusiastic about the subject they are teaching.
To be an outstanding educator you need to possess many important qualities. The qualities I believe are the most important are flexibility, creativity, and passion. The teachers I remember and relate to the most have those qualities. They are the areas that I believe I have strength in and the areas that will benefit my future students.
A fellow educator would hear these answers as examples of the teacher’s ability to engage students in every lesson, her desire for all students to succeed, and her competence in subject matter. Although an outstanding educator exudes many other characteristics, these three qualities are essential for one to be considered an outstanding, high-quality teacher.
I believe there are many skills and attributes that are necessary to an outstanding teacher; one’s ability to keep students engaged, the desire to see all students achieve, and knowledge of the content taught are attributes of an outstanding educator.
Teachers need to be flexible in how students learn and demonstrate their knowledge and understanding. For example, if a student is having trouble keeping up with written work, the student could accomplish a similar learning objective through a different method.
There are many qualities and skills that make a good teacher, some I have is my dedication, time keeping skills, reliability and being responsible. I think my dedication is my best quality because it is important to be passionate and committed to what you’re doing, if you are then you will do a better job and create a positive atmosphere, the children will sense that you want to be there and help them. One thing I could work on more is my compassion and and how I comfort an upset child, I am getting better as I get to know each child
It takes hard work and a lot of energy to become an expert in the education world. There are amazing teachers who would do anything for their students, but there are also teacher who are just there to go through the motions. The best teachers are to ones who are passionate about what they are teaching and would go out of their way to see their students succeed.
I learned all the important aspects that a teacher needs to have to be excellent, from the passion to work with the children to how organize the environment to facilitate the learning; also how to collaborate with families, colleagues, to research and increase constantly own knowledge personally and professionally. How to use strategies and create a curriculum that will keep children engaged and challenged in their thinking.
The most important qualities of an outstanding educator are thoughtfulness, patience, adaptability, and creativity. A thoughtful educator cares about the whole child academically, emotionally, and socially. In this aspect the educator continually strives to best meet the need of their students.
I believe that teaching excellence comes from two different things, dedication and the desire to help others. Teachers who are dedicated to their students and classrooms are definitely going to be excellent and never give up at what they do. Teachers who have a great desire to help their students and their career will continue to do everything they can to make sure their students receive what is needed. The two characteristics that make an excellent teacher are dedication and the desire to help others.
Teaching is a difficult occupation. Teachers play an important part in training children, teenagers… So, a good teacher must have some special qualities. They are: knowledge, creation, confidence, empathy, sense of humor and passion.
