In David’s case, there had a gathering of more than six hundred people. It had some problems. The reason is that it could cause some serious distresses to the local people if a gathering in an open place of twenty or more persons (whether or not trespassers) at which the music is played during the night (with or without intermissions) and it is played loudness and duration. (Kate, Mark, Richard, 2015)
Sometimes, people will have some social purposes; therefore, the police officers believe that: a) two or more persons prepare to hold there by a gathering; b) ten or more persons need to wait for a gathering and to begin there; c) ten or more persons will attend a gathering which is in progress. And he drunk two beers, but he still was driving because he felt good and confident. And then, on the way home, his car jumped the curb and smashed into a fire hydrant. (Find Law, 2015) Smith was drunk driving obviously, and he would bear his mistake. Finally, he would be imprisoned for six mouths.
In fact, it was not related to David because it did not have the direct relationship to David. He need to bear what persons had done in the firm; like the rubbishes which made by persons, the noise which disturbed the neighbour, the property which damaged in the farm and so on. The reason why is that David was the host of the birthday party, he still need to bear these responsibilities though he was not the owner of the land.

Why organising a gathering which has no permission of magistrates is a criminal offence? Firstly, what is magistrate? Magistrates and juries have a long history in the legal system; and the personal qualities are most important for magistrates, they should have the sensibility to be aware of the social issues and they need to have a sense of, understand and mature people. (Griffiths, 2015)
And then, there are three new offences-----it includes who organise the public assemblies, who take part in public assemblies and who invite another people to attend the public assemblies. (Martin& Richard, 1995) In this situation, the police officer could believe that: the gathering would result in a serious disorder; the serious

How could a man do this after being in a crash? He wasn’t even concerned about the vehicle hit and didn’t seem to care at all. Driving under the influence of alcohol is very dangerous. It can have a huge influence on your perspective and it can control your mind and cause you to do very stupid things. There are affects to the drunk drivers also. I am sure that there are some drunk drivers that very devastated and can’t live with themselves knowing that they killed someone. If I were to kill or injure some severely in a crash where I was driving under the influence, I would be very sad and could not live with myself. Drunk drivers are also affected by getting their license taken away and cannot get it back for a certain amount of time. The consequence for driving drunk will result in a 1 year revocation of your driving privilege. Not only are you risking your driving privilege if you drive drunk but you are also risking your life. If you have been drinking, there are many other ways to get home without driving. Some of these ways include, a friend that has not been drinking, a bus, train, or even walking
Legitimacy is likewise harder to acquire as a rule the individuals that have been concentrated on don't speak to the populace by and large. The music variables scope of the population concentrated on is less or more limited. The musical fitness of the gathering is not a representation of the entire group. This is explained
Music is a very powerful expression of emotions that come together as a whole to morph your psychological feelings into a sub-reality vision. Over the many years, history has been able to capture the moments at which music has made an impact on human lives. We can start with Manu Chao the artist that sings about left-wing messages and portrays his concerts as “collective therapy”. Or Juan Gabriel the young man that rose out of poverty to become the world’s most beloved artist/songwriter and whose music carried a resonate flamboyant style. Music is a way of communication that is used in many realms such as entertainment, tradition religion and sporting events. So far this semester, Chic 316 has influenced me to seek a more coherent relationship
Tr.:29. One police officer used a hand sign to signal he wished to speak. Tr.:29. He told the group that the police department ordered the officers to remove the occupiers from the park for violating the ordinance. Tr.:29. The officer continued, letting the occupiers know that what they were doing was important and that the police officers recognized that they fell into the group of society that the occupiers represented, or the 99 percent. Tr.:29. The officer then thanked the occupiers for their recent cooperation, but asked them to leave and told them that citations would be issued if they did not leave. Tr.:29. He informed the occupiers that if they remained after a citation was issued to them for not obeying the ordinance, the police would arrest them and charge them with misdemeanor trespass. Tr.:29. The defendants in this case represent the group of individuals who were either cited or charged after refusing to leave the park.
On November 11, 2015 David Smith had been convicted of his fourth Driving Under Influence charge since July 4, 2009. He was out on bond and had been scheduled to start his three year sentence on December 15, 2015. Smith and his current girlfriend were out celebrating his birthday on November 22nd with a few drinks. He was aware of his struggles with alcohol so he decided to take it light that night. Smith decided after his fourth shot of 1800 Tequila that he was finished for the evening. That was truly a light night for Smith, because he would typically celebrate his birthday with the number drinks matching his age. This was the testimony of a bartender that worked at one of his favorite bars. Smith’s girlfriend Joanne Riley began to get extremely
The reason for his intoxication was because he and many other kids, all underage, were at a party that had alcohol involved. After being embarrassed by the girl he likes he goes into his car and starts to drive without a destination in mind. Driving while intoxicated and embarrassed, gives him thoughts of suicide such as, “There’s no need to go home… No need to go back to school on Monday. No need to go there ever again.”(pg 17), and also, “No need to feel pain.
The Dahlonega City Hall was crowded on the evening of March 1st 2010. The seats were full, except for at the very front, and the standing room was filled almost out the door. The crowd, mostly made up of students, leaned in to hear as the voices of the City Council members faded in and out of the faltering sound system. The six City Council members and the mayor sat along a bench as if they were the judges at a hearing. Because of the ongoing discussions and the crowd, I thought I had arrived a few minutes late; but I was able to find a seat in the front two rows. Despite how packed the small room was there were plenty of empty seats in the front. I had thought the meeting was well on its way by the way conversation was going and
As a consequence, Part 4 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 (sections 30-36) has provided police in England and Wales with legislative capacity to disperse groups of two or more people from designated areas where there is believed to be significant and persistent anti-social behaviour and a problem with groups causing intimidation (Gov., 2003).
Music has become such an important part of people’s lives today. One cannot walk down the street without seeing earbuds in a person’s ears or hearing the bass to a radio in someone’s car. But how did music become such an important and constant part of the lives of so many? What do artists have to go through to reach their audience? At the beginning of musical development from the medieval Georgian chant to the arias of Mozart and fugues of Beethoven, people could only listen to music in a live setting. This is how most performers would make their money. According
Many unaware drivers could see themselves liable in a personal injury claim or could even face jail for drunk driving after getting behind the wheel 'the morning after', new research has shown.
When I first read these lines in The Trial I was in shock yet had completely acknowledged the possible outcome of K.’s disposition on being interrogated in the court by the magistrate and jury at the inquiry. Prior to the magistrate statement K. was initially late and was led to talk on the platform. As he began the proceeding he noticed that they were two parties in the room that were either applauding or booing him, in regard to his remarks about the magistrate’s lack of self-knowledge of the defendant (which is K.) K.’s defiance was then tested as he noticed how corrupted the court officials and manipulation in the judicial system as he became aware that both parties had badges, that indicate that they were the court officials all along.
