Lower School vs Middle School
No matter what age group you are in, you have either completed lower school or you are currently in it. I happen to be in my first year of middle school, and I quite enjoy it even more than lower school. In middle school, teachers expect outstanding and have a level of standards. I believe that middle school is much better for many reasons, one of them being that they treat students more like adults than a child. In middle school, teachers treat students like adult, whereas lower school requires students to participate in embarrassing dances against their will. Up here, they allow people the freedom of roaming the halls by themselves.
When you transition from elementary school to middle school, you will notice there are many things that do not change between them. For example they both have time slots where you have a chance to eat breakfast before school begins. Another that you will find the same is that they both have places where you can put your backpacks where they are safe, and will not be stolen. Even though you you are in middle school you
Middle school was a journey that allowed us to figure out who we are and allow us to mature a little. Growing up doesn’t mean that we cannot act like kids.Someone once said, “Age doesn't define maturity. Some people will never grow up.”
From the crazy fifth graders playing on the playground, to the sound of 6th graders roaring for the superior football team. Middle school is surprisingly different compared to elementary school. Namely, in fifth grade, you were the head of the elementary, and then in middle school, you become the little ducklings. Despite the fact, that you become ducklings you still get to look up to older and wiser kids. Due to the increased freedom, lockers with locks, and a variety of subjects to learn. Lastly, middle school is exceptionally better that elementary school.
Middle school was very fun though and it matured me a lot for high school I also learned a lot of things in middle school that have helped me in highschool I also still have some of my middle schools teachers now like Ms.Bowen that was my favorite teacher in middle school she was very cool. But that’s how my middle school years
How would the population react if the schedule that structures many peoples’ entire year were to change? This change is a reality for a growing number of families across the country as a method of improving primary and secondary education through year-round school. Although many have come to accept or even embrace year-round school in an effort to help students retain more material, year-round school would actually disrupt the learning environment, be potentially detrimental for students and their family’s financial health, as well as that of the schools, and could take away from family and personal time.
“Without Common Core we (America) are not where we want or need to be.” The New York Times reported this in August, 2013. Currently, every state sets its own curriculum for its schools. The result is that the United States ranks “25th in math, 17th in science, and 14th in reading compared to students in 27 industrialized countries.” Without national standards, students depend upon the luck of where they were born or schooled to get a comprehensive education that will prepare them for life. If the United States is
Attending community college before completing your bachelor’s degree at a four-year institution can save you a sizable chunk of change. Tuition and fees at public community colleges average less than half of those at public four-year colleges and about one-tenth of those at private four-year colleges, according to the American Association of Community Colleges. “I think my student loan was at least half of what I would have paid otherwise,” O’Brien says.
Just think about this one tiny effect. Imagine that you are about to start school at the age of five, and once you arrive you see that kids around you are more prepared, confident, and eager to learn. These young smiley five year old faces don’t make you happy. In fact, this makes you depressed, and saddened. Early education, also known as preschool is of vital importance. Preschool or an early educational establishment is a group of people offering early childhood education, before the age five. They offer enriching courses for children, and help prepare them for the transition into elementary school. Children who use the opportunity of an early education have a huge advantage. On the other hand, children who don’t enter preschools seem to lack in certain areas, and lag behind. Many children in our country do not attend preschool at the age of three or four, and directly enter kindergarten without the early learning opportunity. This issue of a less advantage situation could eventually lead to a bigger disadvantage when it comes to learning. Many parents aren’t willing to send their children to preschool in their early years as it is over expensive and unnecessary for a three year old to enter school. I, on the other hand, disagree with these people. If children learn from early on, there won’t be any need to worry about others who have advantages. I believe that early education should be mandatory, and since many people can’t afford preschools, public school districts should have their own preschool grade for all younger students.
The Kickapoo seventh-graders cleaned up along the roads to help keep our environment clean on Friday, 27th, 2018.
I believe the new school should district should be named based on where the school district is located. The schools colors and mascot should assosiate with the schools name and location. The school name is Richwoods High School. Their mascot is a dragon! Richwoods colors are navy blue and yellow.

Not only did she not receive her benefits, she was taken advantage of by her higher-ups, who were male (Allison III). This is just one tragic example of a student trying to make their way into the world. Allison is not alone in her hunt to determine what life after high school will be like. Many
The Common Core education program, and more specifically the testing added on, is broken, and needs reform to assist in educating the country’s youth. From all of the standardized testing, students are experiencing tons of stress, they’re generally quite difficult, and the companies that create the tests aren’t up to par, and can be somewhat questionable. Students aren’t truly learning anything, other than how to regurgitate information and teaching the test.
Look at the suburban white school, and one will see the tragedy of white privilege. It is unfair that these suburban schools have brand new, shiny facilities, equipment, and learning tools as compared to the crumbling fortresses of the early Twentieth Century that are extremely expensive to renovate and maintain, and also beat up sports equipment and ancient computers. So many inner city school kids are robbed of their right to an excellent education. The wealthier suburban school districts tell their students that, since they perform better academically and on standardized tests, they are effectively “better” than their inner-city counterparts. And the inner-city districts tell their students that, since their report
Imagine that you are in high school and you're desperate for college money. that means you will have to pay 9,000 to 20,000 dollars. which could stick for people that do not have money to afford it. the only good way to getting a into college without paying that much would to get a scholarship, by playing a sport and being good at it, therefore it is necessary that high schools let you choose your subject for a better chance for a scholarship and better understanding of your subject of choice.
