Dear Andrea, I hope you had a good weekend. Just wanted to reach out to you and find out updates. As Planned before Tamar was supposed to interview me. I was little disappointed that I didn't get a chance talk to Tamar. We could have rescheduled my appointment to a different date if she had to attend a meeting.
I interviewed Ashley Porras, a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Sharp Rees Stealy. She gave me background information of how she got into the healthcare system, great advice and what she does on a daily basis. The reason I chose Ashley as the person to interview was because I got the chance to spend the day with her at work and I loved it. I found it interesting what she did and got the opportunity to learn more about her, her occupation and where she see’s herself in the future. Someday, I would be an LVN and gradually get higher in the healthcare field like she is doing now.

I'm doing well and I had a relaxing Thanksgiving break. I hope your break was good as well.
Overall, I am very happy I interviewed my aunt. I learned a lot about her and what she has been though. At this point in her recovery it's like nothing ever happened. Without her amazing support system and her confident personality I am not sure the outcome would have been the

Lauren Rezac- My weekend did not really start off to exciting. Right after my Fast-Pitch game I was picked up by my dad in our 1962 jeep. When mom and Alexis came back my sister got a call from my dad to go help out so I went with her.I helped by steering the tractor when she got bored and she did the speed and stuff like that. On Sunday we gave mom her gifts then we got ready to trapshooting me

I come from a place of proud people and independence; a place of worn church houses and of tear stained Bibles. I come from a place of shackles and chains made of coal that held my people in slavery and subjugation; a place of used needles and broken hearts. I come from Appalachia, and I will be heard. My roots run deep within me connecting me to the mountains where I was born. In my times of trials and tribulations. I look back to my roots and the people who worked so hard to get me to where I am. I find hope In those memories, they give me the strength to persevere and work towards my goals.
To begin, on May 15, 2017 I interviewed Maria Mojica about what it means to be American to her. Also, Maria Mojica, mother of 2, felt the necessity to describe that being American means that you acquire specific rights only accessible in this country. Since her mother, Guillermina Diaz, gave birth to her in Guerrero, Mexico and raised her in Anaheim, California, Maria was aware of the drastic differences between Mexico and America. I stared at the sky wondering where time has gone. While my best friend Tiara, her boyfriend Akoni, her cousin Kamakana, and I sit on the side of the road outside of my house I flashback to my childhood. My best friend Tiara Conn has lived across the road from me all of my life. I used to be able to run to her house and ask if she wanted to play and she would do the same. We were so much alike that our houses resembled our tight friendship. Our houses were the same layout and our bedrooms both were both the closest to the master bedroom. Not to mention we both have siblings exactly 2 years younger.
