Personal Narrative: Iesha Monika Williams

On September 26,1998 in Detroit, MI at a church with a picture of God sitting on His throne, Jesus to the right and the Holy Ghost to the left on a wall behind the pulpit. I Vivian Williams stood and was infused to my rib cage belonging to Ellis Deshawn Odum. I can truly say he was my soul mate, best friend, companion, and all that and then some, but what sums it up best for me is, when reciting his wedding vows , he told God thank you for returning his rib to him. Growing up with a father in the military, you move around a lot more than you would like to. I was born just east of St. Louis in a city called Shiloh in Illinois. When I was two years old my dad got the assignment to move to Hawaii. We spent seven great years in Hawaii, we had one of the greatest churches I have ever been to name New Hope. New Hope was a lot like Olivet's atmosphere, the people were always friendly and there always something to keep someone busy. I used to dance at church, I did hip-hop and interpretive dance, but you could never tell that from the way I look now.

Kammi Kolanko is my mother and hero. She is 37 years old and works at a school as a substitute teacher in the Norwin Elementary School. She also lives in a house on 1180 Pinewood Road Irwin PA 15642. She helps me with my homework and makes sure I have everything ready for school in the morning each day. She also makes sure I have a good packed lunch for every day in school. She is a person who is an amazingly good and fast cook. She wants us, her kids, to not become selfish. She also wants us to lead productive lives. She hopes we can be kind people when we grow up.

I was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on February 22, 2002 to Matt and Rachel Eilers I was born at Mercy Medical Center. On the twenty third of February I got to go to my home at 7526 Cattail Ct. As many people wouldn’t believe I, Mikayla Ann Lee or Miki, was born up north in Hartford, Connecticut . . . I know the horror! But thankfully my family and I moved down to South Carolina when I was merely two years old.
