Babysitting Monologue

Short Story/Scene In a little town in California, Littletown ville, is a town known for baseball. They had a little league called the Littletown ville Jaguars. I am a mother of 3 and I LOVE children. Obviously loving children is mandatory, but being a mother isn’t. I have (most of the time) amazing patience. Although no one has perfect patience but patience is one of those mandatory child care qualifications. Being trustworthy is crucial for any relationship between parents and providers. I have high standards for morals and values. We are the care providers for our future generations. I have a sense of humour and I am prepared to have fun. Another expectation is for me to rearrange my life, my home, and my schedule

I know there’s lots of explaining to do about the baby I have next to me and the crime I committed I just want you to know I’m sorry. When I left England and arrived in Boston I waited two years all by myself waiting for you to arrive. You never came I knew you had to stay for some time back in England because they needed you studies, since you were a scholar one of the smartest people there. I never heard any news on what happen to my husband I know that you know that I married you for your money ,but still I can worry I am a human being and my worries are truly for when you didn’t arrive. Poor poor me. I have no family and no friends, all I have are my fur coats and my red and black cruiser. I love working with children! Making fun activities for children to do and allowing them to learn in a comfortable evinroment. Helping them grow up with postive sloution skills. I have worked with a family of 3 for over 4 years. I watched children from ages 1-14. I grew up babysitting my 2 brothers from a young age. I am still attending high school and would love to babysit children in my off time.

All those years of me getting aggravated cause my makeup, hairbrush, straightner, and hair products went missing, is cathcing up with Jeff. He never could understand why I would get so upset! My family and fellow co-workers have dubbed me the “baby whisperer.” I have a keen ability to soothe the fussiest, most demanding infants, which has proved to be a very useful skill in my current occupation as a childcare provider. Over the course of the last eight years, I have had the privilege to work with hundreds of children. While I hope that I have been able to make a positive impact on each of their lives, those same children and their parents will never realize the impact they have had on my life.

Many teenagers turn toward babysitting as a means of earning money. However, the first time a person babysits can be nerve-wracking. Children are unimaginably important to their parents. It takes a lot of trust for a parent to put his or her child in the care and protection of a babysitter. This puts an immense amount of pressure on a babysitter to be perfect. The Puzzle When I was 12, I took that babysitting class at the YMCA so I could get my babysitting license and finally start babysitting. It wasn’t until about two years later that I realized the license was nothing but a short term self-esteem booster; however, the information in the class was helpful, so there’s that.
