1. Baking Soda

Because baking soda is mildly abrasive, it lightly cleans away surface stains, which turns your teeth a whiter shade. A simple baking soda method involves mixing the baking soda with water or lemon. Activated Charcoal is commonly used as a medicine. This form of charcoal works by absorbing chemicals and is often used as a remedy for intestinal gas or acid. Because it absorbs these toxins and chemicals, it also takes the stains off of your teeth. Activated charcoal is sold at some pharmacies, natural health stores, and online. Try to buy the charcoal in powder form rather than tablet form. Using tablets will be quite difficult to rub onto your teeth and also doesn't contain a lot of charcoal. After a few uses, you will definitely see a difference in the whiteness of your teeth.

Simply dip your toothbrush into the powdered charcoal. Make sure that your toothbrush is completely covered in the ingredient. To avoid getting water in the main bottle of charcoal, pour a small amount of it into a cup. Make sure that you use a separate toothbrush for normal brushing and brushing with charcoal. Go on to brush your teeth in a circular motion for about 2 minutes. Next, spit the charcoal out of your mouth. Doing this may be somewhat difficult because your mouth is dry, but it will be easier if you compile as much saliva as you can.
