How to assemble a desktop computer
Before starting please, ensure that you have a clean environment to assemble your computer. I also recommend that you assemble your computer on a wooden bench and use an antistatic wrist strap or sheet as

Please be very careful when handling the power supply has electricity may still be contained inside the power supply unit.
Next step is to screw the drive bay to the computer case. Then insert the disk drive, card reader and hard drive into their correct slots in the drive pay and place to cables into their correct slots on the motherboard and the final step is to place the lid of the computer case on the computer case and screw it in place and you have just built yourself a desktop computer.
Now that you have completed building, your desktop computer the next step is to install your chosen operating system for your computer. Personally, I recommend Windows as it is the most commonly used operating system worldwide and will run most third party programs such as Adobe and Microsoft Office suites. Follow the insurrections that come with your chosen operating system to complete the install process. Once you have done this you are now free to enjoy your desktop computer. I hope you found this text useful and I was able to assist you in building your desktop
Check your plugs if your computer is not working because you might think it's something serious and go out and buy a whole new computer. when it's probably just your cords not being plugged in. so before you go out and buy a new one check all your cords and make sure that they are pulled in because you would spend more money on buying a new one then checking your cords to make sure they are plugged in all the way and it will save you money.
1. Carefully remove the Motherboard, and place it on top of the anti-static bag it came in, and then place that on top of the box.
Three classifications of computers are home computers, portable computers, and business computers. The desktop computer is usually found in homes or small offices. Portable computers
The first portion of the computer build for either casual or hardcore, is the CPU. There are two major companies to pick from, Intel and AMD.The only difference in the two is the compatibility with certain motherboards. Whichever is picked, Intel or AMD, will help narrow the decisions on the motherboard, which will in turn help figure out the RAM needed. After the decision has been made of one company or the other, the next step is to pick which CPU from either company is the right one for the builder. Intel has the new

So, over the summer I built my main computer from scratch. I bought hardware such as a Ryzen 1700X CPU (Central Processing Unit), 16 GB (Gigabytes) of Crucial Ballistics 2666 MHz DDR4 RAM (Random Access Memory), a Gigabyte GA-Gaming 5 Motherboard, a 500 GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD (Solid State Drive), a 650 Watt PSU (Power Supply), an MSI GTX 1080ti GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), a NZXT S340 Elite case, 2x NZXT RGB 120mm fans and a Hue +, and a NZXT Kraken x42 AIO (All In One) Liquid cooler. First, I set the CPU in the AM4 Socket on the MoBo (Motherboard) and installed the RAM into socket 1 and socket 3 (Running the RAM in dual channel on a Ryzen system allows the computer to work much faster than running them in single channel). Next, I installed the AIO cooler to the build and the PSU so that I could start a POST (Power On Self Test) to see if any of my components are DOA (Dead On Arrival).
The first thing you will do is install windows in your recently set up PC. You will need to decide which version of Windows you would like to use but I will use Win 10 as the example, once you have purchased Win 10 key from their website. You will need to download windows 10 to perform a clean install from their website in the form of USB, DVD, or ISO. We will use USB for this case, once you have your windows 10 key you will download the tool from windows allowing you to “create installation media for another PC”. You will create installation media for another pc, select the language, edition, and architecture. Once this is complete you will head into the bios by restarting the computer and pressing
Connect the SATA connectors to the drives and the USB connectors and the case switches to the motherboard.
Repairing a computer may seem like a difficult task, but it is actually quite simple. Whether you need to replace hardware, format your computer or handle an anti-virus, a lot of repairmen are more than eager to help you out, but it naturally comes with a price - and a high one, at that. Many technicians overcharge far too much for the work that they do, necessary parts not included. But with some dedication and little bit of your time, you can do exactly what they do and all you 'll have to pay for are the cheap parts. A lot of computer repair guides are available in the market and online, most of which are very useful, most of all if you can dodge huge bills by doing it yourself. The most common problem that people seem to face in the world of computers is formatting them. A lot of people think this is a daunting task, but it is actually quite easy. The first step is to figure out whether your computer 's manufacturer provided you with a compact disc that can repair and recover files that could originally be found on your computer. The second step is to back-up all of the files that you wish to keep. Although this could take quite a while, it is important to do so you don 't lose any of your most treasured memories. The third step, provided you run Windows Vista, is to go to "Start", then "All Programs", then "Maintenance", then "Backup & Restore Center". Lastly, choose "Repair Windows using System Restore" and do as required by the steps on there, which are easy to
With the amount of electronics used by humanity, disposal of outdated and broken equipment is a big problem that is growing larger with every upgrade and new
I followed countless blogs written by journalists on software and driver installation this is a major part of building a computer that I only touched on slightly in my outcome as all my pictures were of the hardware installation. Personally this wasn’t a difficult experience for me as I had only 2 drivers to install.
The computer will be used for study reasons and also to watch films, due to having a budget to maintain I felt it would have been expensive to put together a computer for multimedia and gaming purposes. Therefore I will be working closely with the budget and inspecting every component price.
Our customer has requested a custom built home PC to replace an older, outdated system. The customer has identified specific requirements that the PC must meet. These requirements are listed in Table 1. Component selection to meet the requirements listed in Table 1 is detailed below. All components are new, not refurbished. The individual components with price breakout are listed in Table 2. Diagram 1 is a graphical representation of the system motherboard connections. Diagram 2 is a graphical representation of the motherboard’s Input / Output (I/O) connections. Diagram 3 is a graphical representation of the power supply connections. Many things are needed. First and foremost, you should have some knowledge in hardware. If you know what the difference between a scanner and a monitor, that's a
