“This is our cafatorium.” The mayor said as they entered a large room next to the factory. “I sorry, you 're what?” Kris asked. “Our cafatorium,” the mayor repeated. “It’s a combination cafeteria and an auditorium.” Pointing to one of the long walls the mayor said, “The cafeteria serving line is on that wall.” “We have enough tables and chairs in here to seat everyone who works in the factory and then some.” “The stage,” he said, as he pointed to the wall at the far end of the building “Is back there.” “When the tables and chairs are removed, we have room for public functions like dances, concerts, stage plays and even indoor basketball.” “Good planning,” Kris said. “Thank you the mayor said we are proud of it,” as they walked out of the …show more content…

His receding hairline is much like that of Mayor Robinson, except, Sylvester’s hair and beard are almost snow white. He also has a small round bald spot on the top of his head. The Mayor, however, has a full head of hair with a few streaks of gray here and there. While the Mayor is a little pudgy, Sly has only a hint of a paunch and a slight forward stoop at the shoulders. Noticing that Kris was looking at the knot at the end of is his beard. Holding it out in from his body Sly looked down as says, “ It comes with the job.” Sly smiled Looked down at his beard holding it out from his body he says, “It comes with the job.” “It keeps your beard out of your soup and cereal bowls is what it does,” the mayor said. Unlike the outside of the building, the inside is neat and well organized. His desk and book cases are on the wall across from the door. A line of shelving stretched for one side to the other on the back wall, each shelf loaded with storage boxes. A large double door cabinet standing nest to the desk the doors closed with a hasp and lock. Walking over to stand by one of the two long work tables in the center of the room the Wiz.
