CCIP Graphical Needs Here are our design requests and changes need to the CCIP Graphic Re-designs samples submitted on 8/1/14. Disregard the information sent 7/24/14, other than the size requirements. What's included in the attached file should provide you with most of what is needed. At some point Michelle and Bridget will want to update the graphics on the website, once we have completed work on the redesign. Ultimately we would like to see continuity in all CCIP produced materials, but for now, regarding the graphic re-design, …show more content…

The presentation of all ideas and designs is exceptionally clear and persuasive; the entire submission is exceptionally organized. There may be at most one insignificant way to improve the clarity or organization of the submission.
Michael Smith, DOB 07/03/79 was convicted on 02/09/2011 for CMIP. This was plead down from Child Molestation 3. Smith registered in the City of Kirkland on 03/18/11. During this time, there was some discussion about who was responsible for leveling RSOs. (Conducted by the King County Sheriff’s Office or the Kirkland Police Department). This has since been resolved. However, Smith remained not rated until 11/08/12. A Static 99 scoring tool was used and Smith scored a 4 which placed him as a level-2 RSO. It was determined that since Gershowitz had been treated as a level-1 for 1 year and 8 months without any convictions that he should remain as a level-1. This was concurred by Kim Acker with the DOC End of Sentence Review.
The design was approved by all who saw, and thought it was a great upgrade from the previous stock. Upon receiving the news that we had the green-light on the design, myself and Chris finalized the margins and began talk with a gentleman by the name of Steven Herren from InGate Solutions which is a ticket printing company based out of Muncie,

The areas that Don specified for changes are the text sizes and lack of boldness, small images need to be made larger, friend managing needs to be made more clear (in terms of process, not position), reduce scrolling whenever possible, and to remove weekly calendars. All of these features are referring to small scoped design details that were implemented. Don did not have any struggle with these features, but suggested that the target audience of the product will most likely have issues, which is why he recommends these features be modified to be more user friendly. As for the student group, Daniella suggested that the background should be more plain instead of the initial faded grid we had, and that the colour scheme for the message bubbles should be changed to make the sender more obvious. Elliott stated that the grid background should be removed entirely in favour of a plain background. Kushall also stated that the background should be changed to something more plain.
