At approximately 1630 hours, I Operator Willis received a call from Officer Atkins (404-608-5295) at the Forest Park location stating that the Forest Park Department Police Department was back on site for a follow up. Officer Atkins stated that he was not sure if this was in regards to Darryl Smith but only that they were doing a follow up from this morning. This is all the information we have at this time.
I notified dispatch that Officer Albert and I were out at the RSC. I parked our patrol car on the north side of the RSC and entered the north door. I heard Officer Smith on the radio say he was out with the subject near the Credit Union. I observed from across the RSC Officer J. Smith and Officer R. Faison standing next to a black male all the way by the Book Store. As I walked closer, I could see the black male with both of his hands up in the air and he was getting down on both of his knees. When I got to the Credit Union, I saw a set of crutches and a black bag laying on the floor. I told Officer Albert to stay here with these items as I continued to go behind the black male. Detective’s Note: Howard Ashleman, Reno Parks and Miranda Lovette the girlfriend of Reno went to CFVMC at approximately 3:00 a.m. Reno Parks was treated for a deep laceration to his hand. Reno Parks and Raymond Hunt both refused to speak with Law Enforcement. Howard’s cellphone records indicated his phone was in the area of Murphy road from approximately 8:24 p.m. until 12:00 a.m.
Transportation manager was able to get arresting officer Roberts cell phone number (late Monday)and was left 4 messages and has yet returned our calls (Wednesday Morning)
On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.

On August 20th, 2016 at 0245 hours Cpl. Smith (#9338) and I (Ofc. Wilson #9346) responded to a call at 3617 Leslie Avenue
Deputy’s Assingment: I was dispatched to 17429 Maple Drive for a violation of protective order complaint. I arrived and spoke to Sarah Davis who, stated he husband violated the protective order on Christopher Leffler on Tursday, November 30th, 2017.
On 05-11-16 at approximately 1800 hours, I was dispatched to a concerned citizen in the justice training center neighborhood. I arrived at 1810 hours and a white male adult with a mustache approached me, later identified as W01-Walker. He said his neighbor was being a nuisance because the couple living there are always arguing. W01-Walker said, “It is a necessity that you go talk to my neighbors” and “this neighborhood was livable before they moved in.” I radioed dispatch that there was a possible domestic violence dispute next door and told W01-Walker to stay inside. My partner arrived and we went next door.
On 1/9/2016 at approximately 2345 hours I, Officer Nelson #3912, responded to 1350 Hickory St. (Holmes Regional Medical Center) in reference to a fight that had just occurred.

On 10/12/17 at approximately 2145 hours, I received a call from James Coe (DOB 11/18/60). I explained to James I was looking for Dustin and he advised that's his son. I asked James if Dustin and he could respond to the police department, and he advised he would.
On Saturday, September 3, 2016, at approximately 2:28PM, I, Officer Larry Thomas, responded to Plateau and Cedar, in reference to a black male subject being on one of UAMS properties located at 601 S. Cedar.
According to the police affidavit of probable cause police responded to 210 West Packer Avenue on July 31st, after co-workers of Justin Holloway called the police because they were afraid for the safety of those in the area.
Sgt. Harris and I went to Richard’s last known address, 204 East Clark in attempt to locate Richard. We were not able to locate Richard at that address, because he had moved. Sgt. Harris and I went to local bars to speak with bar tenders and staff to found out if they have seen him lately and might know where he is staying. The Stockman Bar had Richard on video from Sunday 10-18-2015 coming into the bar but had not seen him since.
I arrived at the park within 4 minutes of receiving the call. I found Gabryel within three minutes of arriving. Gabryel was on the south side of the bathrooms talking to two females (AJ Schott, and Alex) and he was eating Cheerios. I advised him he was under arrest for a warrant and he complied with all of my requests.
