The NCAA ball competitions, or "Walk Madness," have turned into an immense business. As Forbes' Chris Smith composed, CBS and Turner Broadcasting make more than $1 billion off the amusements, "thanks to some extent to a $700,000 commercial rate for a 30-second spot amid the Final Four." Athletic gatherings get a large number of dollars in payouts from the NCAA when their groups propel profound into the competition. Same for the mentors of the last squads standing. The NCAA, all in all, makes $6 billion every year.

For high school juniors college starts in two years and now is the time that students need to start considering options for college. Students need to think whether they would want to stay in-state or go out-of-state and what they want to study. College is an important aspect in life to help students prepare for the future; some people will go to college for four years, eight years, or more, but they first need to weigh the options. There are two schools that a prospective medical student can consider; the University of South Florida or the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill. The University of South Florida (USF) and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill (UNC) both have medical programs and have differences in student life, location, and tuition.

The current North Carolina law is unconstitutional as it limits a clear example of free speech, and does so in a very broad and unjustified way,

Throughout our state and our nation, there are a variety of options when it comes to higher education. In the state of North Carolina, one of the many community colleges is Fayetteville Technical Community College, also referred to as FTCC. One of the many universities in our state is the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which is also called UNC-Chapel Hill. I chose these two institutions because they are two of the places I am looking at to get my various degrees. When looking at these two places of education, we can see that there are many similarities, but there are also differences.

Being in the middle of high school, I am thinking about my future more than ever now. I have made mostly A’s and B’s all of my life, so I will probably have the chance to go to a good college if I choose to do so. This decision will be one of the biggest decisions of my life, and I will need to put much thought and research into this decision. Early in my life, I began going to Clemson University football, baseball, and soccer games. For this reason, I am now a big Clemson fan, and I hope to go there for my college career. Another college I am interested in is Furman University. I have grown up most of my life living on the outskirts of Furman, and I have also been to many sports

I chose these two states to compare because they are the states I have lived in throughout my life and are significant to me. I was born in Wilmington, North Carolina and lived there until I was 10 years old. My step-father received a job offer in Islamorada, Florida and we decided to move. I lived there until I graduated high school, following which I came to Orlando to go to college.

Many problems going around about college sports and colleges athletes. Most colleges all over the nation allow the college to have sports but then there are some that don't. Being in a sport in college is just like basically having a job. You would need to be dedicated to this and not have much time for anything else. Practices can last anywhere from 4 to 6 hours a day just for one thing. Kind of crazy to think about something like this. Many people just simply don't have the time to do sports in college because they have a real job outside of school. This is different compared to high school because you would have time then and now you don't have much time for anything else at all. There are college athletes basically everywhere you go. Whether they play for universities or juts community colleges, it's all the same thing. The only big difference about this is the price differences. Universities are much more expensive then when playing for a community college so that's why people get scholarships.
