Causes and Symptoms of Stress Stress, an emotional defense mechanism that every human being has and achieves both positive and negative attributes from it. Stress can be viewed as the body’s way of kicking it into gear by responding to any threats or demands that daily life puts upon it. The body releases chemicals which give the needed strength and energy to push forward and accomplish the tasks that need to be done. Stress differs from person to person, mostly depending on the structure of their daily life and how they cope with the organization of the tasks presented before them. The stress that someone goes through can be broken down into the concept of the cause of the stress, the symptoms that are experienced and how to cope with the stress presented. Stress can contrast in its levels, which are presented in one’s psyche, since stress comes from one’s mindset then having an understanding of the process will help the situation. The causes of stress are very diverse and broad due to the several different possibilities that are presented to the several different people and their lifestyles. Stress related causes can be broken down into two categories that allow you to better understand the process which are external causes and internal causes. More common external causes of stress that are found in one’s life ranges from any major changes, Relationship difficulties, and Financial problems too simple problems like work, school or just being too busy.
