In general terms, a champion is defined as someone who holds first place or wins first prize in a contest. Someone who is first, which means they have achieved the maximum amount of accomplishment available.They have exceeded all expectations, and they have won. Some say a champion is born, others believe they are bred. They are built and thus build themselves into the leaders they are destined to be. In response to the previous statement, who is worthy of being a champion? What does it take to be great? The theory of obtaining the title of champion has been dramatically changed within this basic interpretation. Weather it be overcoming a sudden obstacle or breaking a habit developed years prior. Every negative circumstance is an opportunity to gain knowledge. A champion, in terms of approaching these negative situations will promptly decide what must and will be done to control the problem. Another individual may break down the situation to analyze and process the information before making a decision. When in doubt, a differentiating individual may ask for assistance with the task at hand to gain feedback from someone who may have experienced a similar situation. In all of these scenarios, the role of champion is thoroughly fulfilled. The overall attitude and mindset of each individual may have influenced them to go about the particular situation in a fashion some what different from the next individual. However, each person effectively solved the problem at hand without panicking, or losing hope within themselves. Not to say that a loss of self confidence would deem you unworthy of championship. It is what you decide to do with that lack of confidence that is the initial point of view. Will you take that lack of confidence and attempt to enhance it, or will you remain where you are without proper reason, because to you the lack of self confidence is a logical excuse for not achieving? A champion is not someone who is not afraid. It is someone who is aware of the stereotypes associated with the position and choose not to adhere to them.
