Characters:

Character 1: Danny, age 21, has an Engineering major, enjoys working in the environmental aspects. He believes that climate change needs many ideas to be solved.
Character 2:Jazz, 23, has a major in Interaction Design, interested in software development and enjoys problem solving. He believes climate change is a major problem.
Character 3: Tucker, age 22, majored in Philosophy and Ethics. Likes recommending concepts of right and wrong conduct.
Character 4: Sam, 25, Doesn’t know that much about the climate change perspectives and wants to know more.

Scenario:

It’s August 25th in Houston Texas, Hurricane Harvey is just about to hit, leaving whoever hasn’t left the city yet to scurry for shelter. Sam, a 25 year old Walmart employee, …show more content…

Sam: (CAR DOOR CLOSES with the sound of rain and thunder in the background) Thank you.

Danny: Don’t worry the shelter is completely safe. There is food, water, and clothing in the back.( Car begins to stall)

Sam: What was that sound?

Danny: Car is starting to stall.(STALL NOISE)

Danny: (Stick shift in reverse) Gotta to find another way to the shelter.

Back at the shelter we find Tucker and Jazz waiting anxiously for Danny’s return.

Tucker: Is there any way we can get a hold of Danny? It’s been two hours since he’s left. (lots of people in the background talking)

Jazz: Yea I’ll try to call him now. (DIAL TONE)Jazz: No service, all the phone lines are down.

Tucker: Crap well we can’t just sit here and wait for him he could be in danger

Jazz: I am not going back out into that storm unless……... .

Just then Danny and Sam rush through the door

Danny: Hurry! come help me bring the supplies in, the storm is picking up.
