Church leaders can get equipped by gaining an in-depth thoughtful of management. They want to have a proper hold of the solid core of the Church to nourish its body which we are the Church in these tough times. Further, it is frustrating to change some compound or wasteful strategy to function as a Church; we want to recoup to the fundamentals of God’s will. Individuals today do not need another foundation which necessitates high preservation to retain it successively. What was Jesus doing? He possibly was communicating with His Father. Proverbs 8:30 also states, “Then I was by him, as one brought up with him: and I was daily his delight, always rejoicing before him;” So, the father is the source of everything. Church leaders can get organized by improving management skills in habits which markup with God and His will. Leaders must function with saintly insight and divine authority.
