Class and Society in The Great Gatsby and its impact today. Could there be a consequence in having society nowadays and what importance did it have in literature?

Many people believe that society isn’t a thing in the present days, nor have they seen this topic in any work of literature, but how much of it forms our present and past? In The Great Gatsby society, was one of the most important things in those years, in the 1920’s most of the people were rich, but no matter how much money they had if they didn’t have education nor calss or if they weren’t born rich they would be seen as inferior. When Gatsby became a rich man even though he was the talk of the town and despite the money he had he still hadn’t reached the american dream of equality.
Some people believe that class ranks isn’t something that exist today, there are many movies many work of literature that are full of the significance of society, yet people fail to see this, many of these are seen in ethnicity and racial rejection, racism is a major part of this subject. For example {The social inequality is not only based on money but race as well. No matter how poor a white person could be, an immigrant, an African- American, or a colored person was always going to be seen as less.} The information that the author gives in his book is proof of what people thought and the importance that colored people had in the social ranks.
