Some popular things to do there would be going golfing or riding down to the beaches. People like seeing the lighthouses and all the museums around the coast. Other things to do would be going to state parks, theme parks, and fishing.

Hawaii and Wyoming are two states often visited because of the variety of activities they offer. Even though both states appear different, they actually do have similarities. Hawaii is a tropical island with a moderately warm climate year round. Because of its climate, visitors generally enjoy outside activities. Wyoming is a landlocked state that usually has cooler climate. However, in the summer, it can rival Hawaii for heat. Colonial Williamsburg was a key city during colonial times because Colonial Williamsburg had a great amount of important places in it. A walk in the park does not require any funds some museums have free days or half price days during the month. Renting movies is a good choice because it is not only inexpensive but will also will give the family an opportunity to bond and be together at least one day a week. Have a family movie night.

As a child I was lucky enough to have this experience with my family but I may not have had this opportunity if it wasn 't for growing up in the middle class. Vacations are very expensive, especially when they are only a week long and families spend thousands of dollars on them. That would be a lot of extra money for families to come up with, especially families who aren 't in the higher low class or middle class and "annual income per adult averages between $18,000-$30,000 per year."(Cliffsnotes) Not having those vacation experiences would be a huge loss and I wouldn’t have had some of my best childhood experiences with my family.

Like most people, I look forward to a vacation, but planning it can become overwhelming if you’re not prepared. Planning a vacation should be fun and exciting. Vacationing is not always a priority to many families due to economic distress, but as little as a few hundred dollars you can plan a weekend getaway that’s inexpensive but a lot of fun!
