Mission Statement:
The Cre’Von LeBlanc foundation also called the Strap4ITFoundation, which provides mentorship programs for the youth and transferable life skills to be a productive and successful contributor to society. The Strap 4IT foundation’s mission is to encourage, inspire and empower the youth. The foundation’s programs will provide resources that teach and encourage character development, health and wellness, development of personal branding, grief counseling and brand awareness.

Cre’Von LeBlanc is currently an NFL cornerback for the Chicago Bears. The Belle Glade(Fla.) native was an undrafted free agent who played for the New England Patriots in the 2016 preseason, but was later picked up by the Bears as a rookie. In his first season with Chicago, LeBlanc recorded 44 tackles, 10 pass deflections, and two interceptions in 13 games played. His first official NFL interception was 24-yards return for a touchdown against the Detroit Lions on Dec.11, 2016. His work ethic, drive, passion, and the love for the game has been evident since his high school days at Glades Central High (Belle Glade, Fla.) and his college football days at Florida Atlantic

Studer’s leadership style draws from many traditional leadership styles. I hear some Jesus, Collins, and other deep thinkers bundled together to create the exemplar style that is that of Quint Studer. A successful Christian business man may sound like an oxymoron, but that was R.G LeTourneau. He built big, powerful machinery that could do things that no other machine could do before, but he also believes that a Christian business man owes as much to God as a preacher does (LeTourneau, 1967). Mr. LeTourneau states, “God needs businessmen as partners as well as preachers” (1967). Imagine a man becoming a very successful Christian business man, the founder of LeTourneau University, and a leader of many missionary works. The proceeding essay will discuss the man, his faith, and my personal reflection of R.G. LeTourneau.
He played his college ball at Michigan State University where he was consider a solid if not great wide-receiver and kick return man. In fact, it was his kick returning abilities that caught the eye of several scouts around the NFL. When his career with the Spartans was completed, he entered the 2012 NFL draft.
Connor Garcelli is a senior at Chino Hills High School. While at CHHS, Connor participated in football for the Huskies. He played freshmen football but in the middle of that season Connor was asked to play for the varsity team, because they were low on offensive linemen. Connor would earn his varsity letter as freshman. While also being the starting left tackle for the freshmen team who went 9-1 and won the league title. After his freshmen, year Connor worked his way into the starting lineup for the varsity football team. He started at left guard that season and was always in the starting lineup for the rest of his high school career. The next season Connor was the left guard for what many people think is the best offensive line to play at
He racked up collegiate sack records during his 4 years in campus. He was drafted by the New York Giants during the second round pick in the NFL Draft of 1993. He initially played only 9 games due to injuries. He even missed the 2 playoff games. He had a breakout year in 1997.
The Denver Broncos wide receiver already played six seasons in the NFL but even though he had a very successful career, his team's recent win will definitely be the most memorable for the professional football star.
He continued his record-breaking ways on the track in college, shattering a 38-year old American record in the indoor 60-meter hurdles in 2014 with a time of 7.68 seconds, all the while also playing football. Burns was also a defensive back for Miami Northwestern High School, given a four-star rating by Rivals.com who ranked him the 15th-best defensive back in the nation. In high school, he was initially a safety, with 80 tackles (10 for a loss) and 12 pass breakups, 4 forced fumbles and 1 interception as a junior. He converted to cornerback, and he became a starter in his second season at Miami. Through three years, the cornerback had 93 combined tackles (65 solo), 14 pass breakups and seven interceptions (six in 2015). Now, Burns is a Steeler, selected 25th-overall on Day 1 and has the chance to be a starter in his rookie season.
After one semester there he went to San Mateo he also played quarterback there too. While he was there he won offensive player of the year. He lived in redwood all his teen years. He played quarterback all his college years. In 2006 he had 1o touchdowns, then 7, and then 13 the next two following years. On defense, he played defensive back. While he was playing quarterback he threw 11 interceptions and threw 13

In a world that does not know the Gospel anymore, we must indulge in it, and love our fellow community though they may not share similar values, but find balancing in still remaining in our own values. Though many of times we find ourselves in opposition of the majority of the world, we must exude Christ love onto others as He does to us unconditionally.
