Nothing serious, I don’t think.” Sam nodded and picked up his stethoscope. “Back trouble?” “A bit,” Joe nodded. “You’re spending a great deal of time in your lab,” Sam noted. “All that sitting at your computers and viewfinders won’t do you much good. I think it would help you to put some time in at the gym too.” Joe nodded quietly. “I know we have a functioning artificial gravity on the ship,” Sam continued, “but that only reduces the effects of being in zero-gravity space. We’re still susceptible to all the same problems astronauts dealt with two hundred years ago. Time in the gym is important for your well-being. I know your work surveying this galaxy is important but no more so than your health. I know you got all these lectures in training and there’s a reason for that. It’s important.” …show more content…
“Now, how are you sleeping?” Joe frowned. “Okay, I guess.” “It’s okay, if you’re not,” Sam sat back in his chair. “As a matter of fact, I’d be surprised if you were. We’re in a stressful situation and one of the first areas that affects if sleep.” With a sigh, Joe nodded. “I’m very restless at night. I wake up off and on.” “I can give something that’ll help,” Sam told him. “And I know that Wyatt ordered you to find us a planet with water on it…and that is important…but I want you to spend a little less time in your lab. Sometime in the gym will help you with that as well. We have to strike a balance between work and exercise if we’re going to make this work.

The greasers struggle more than the socs because they have financial problems they worry about always getting jumped ,and uneducated. “We’re poorer than the Socs and the middle class.” (pg.3) The greasers are seen as less than dirt because of their financial status. Grease are less fortunate than the socs they don't get to have beer blasts they do however get to worry about how they're going to pay for the bills.

“I just hope I don’t have any more nightmares. I have not had a good night’s sleep in a long time,” Veronica definitely looked put her hand over her mouth and yawned, “I am going to my room.”
"Now that you mention it, I don't think I slept very much at all," he lied. She didn't need to know his confusion stemmed from being in the wrong body.
"Sure, anything that can get us to sleep as soon as possible." Ib says barely keeping his eyes open.
“No, I haven’t been told that you doze off during tours. Come on, newbie.” I followed her towards the labs, where we could see scientists working through the glass walls.

"Everything all right Matt?" I asked, leaning out of the rig to look at him.
“ Alessia what did you mean I don't care about my fitness” I asked her.
“Always with your mind on the task at hand huh? Here I am thinking you were just tired from a wild late night?” Ron says shaking his head and grinning.
