Creative Writing: Saving Aleese

After completing the assassination of my dearest friend, Fortunato (IRONY), I exited the Montressor Catacombs. On the way back to my palazzo, I thought of countless excuses, if one were to question where Fortunato went. Hearing the noisy street, and seeing the light I hurried back. Entering my chamber, I saw, what looked to be a raven on my windowsill, with blood red eyes that stared into my soul. Frightened, I rushed to the window, to find nothing there. Reassuring myself, I sat down and reasoned it was because I didn’t have much sleep. Resting for quite sometime, I started to drift off. Somehow my mind thought of Fortunato. Did he trust me that much, or was he just in it for the Amontillado? How idiotic, of him to fall for that. Nevertheless,

I was the horse wrangler and this was my everyday job but I still couldn't get use to the idea of waking up before the sun and working. We drove the cattle into open plains against the winter's cold wrath.

Turning off the TV, Andrew grabbed his keys and rushed to the garage, angry for not being more cautious. Driving down the street as fast as he could to get to the cleaners, he said, “I wonder if Margaret has her phone. I will call it,” he said, pushing the buttons, he waited, and said, “Oh, no; it went directly to voice mail. She must have turned it off, but why would she do that?”

“Yes I am dad.” Kevin screaming at the top of his lungs,” Mr.Cromwell needs to go!” While Howie and Kevin argued ,Cromwell was over there eating Kevin’s breakfast, waffles. It was too late, Howie and Kevin turned around ,the waffles were gone.Kevin and Howie went straight over to doggy daycare. Cromwell had stayed 1 hour knowing he wanted to leave.

There was a sense of impeding doom that turned my stomach. Although I couldn't bear to look at the mask I held outreach to you, my eyes were tempted to look to you. My eyes narrowed at that reaction, and suddenly, it made sense to me. Perhaps you had seen a ghost. Fully educated in the many various connections within the Force, I wondered if in this moment you had seen anything. If in this moment, his darkness had fallen on you. I pondered the horrors you had witnessed... and if any one of those horrors was my own. I wondered if it was pain you experienced, and even... if that pain was my own.

As I searched around the forest for food, I could hear the birds chirping, the waves clashing, and leaves falling off the trees. When I approached the shore, I spotted three unusual objects in the sea. I waited a while as the objects became visible; they were three massive ships, so immense that no one could believe I saw them. My heart accelerated and I scurried back to my village to warn the chief about my sightings.

Enrique, just like many others leaves everything they know and their loved ones to embark on an extremely dangerous journey in search of a better life or even other family members. Many things keep these courageous people motivated through their journey. “ Stay he pleads. Live with me . When I am older, I can help you work and make money… I need her. He had this mental picture in his mind of what his life will be like once is finally with his mother. Enrique fell so in love with this prediction that he was willing to risk his own life in order

Met the Nez Perce Indians and they invited us to stay with them for a while. I was really impressed with the Nez Perce. They were all so dignified. They were all so proud. Our crew has dreamt to be like that. The Nez Perce were really friendly and helpful and drew a detailed map which would eventually lead to the ocean. We followed this map and we are achieving great lengths.

The Firn Elm community was a place where people come and went. I met a passerby and became pregnant. My husband thinks it's his child. He pampers me the whole nine months with gifts, candy, and flowers. He remodeled the den just for the baby. Once the baby was born he decides we were better off without it. I can't help but save my marriage there is only one thing I can do. If I let go of this carriage then everything will be exactly as it were before I became pregnant. I can't promise I won't do it again. It's a small community. I get lonely at times.

A blue house, red shutters, and a white picket fence with a border collie. Three kids are running around in the front lawn up on a hilltop. That is what the American dream is right? The American dream is truly in the eye of the beholder. One might think that the American dream is an apartment in downtown Los Angeles, but others might want the smell of fresh cut grass in a small suburb. It’s whatever the person who is working for it wants it to be. As we can see in the play, all of the main characters might be striving for an American dream, but none of them are striving for their same American dream.
