It was another scorching hot summer day in Los Angeles, California. Manhattan Beach is the place to be on a hot California summer weekend. Any time the temperature hits 80 or above in California the beach is where we go. This day was one of those days, the temperature hit 89 degrees, and it was sticky hot. The type of heat that makes you feel like you’re going to melt. I hate hot days, preferably I like cold nights. You can just grab a blanket and sip on something warm and you’re ok. The beach is the best place to find quick and free entertainment for the kids and me. We packed our bathing suits and towels and hopped in the car and headed towards the beach.
