Happiness is a reflect of many Psychological and mental factors . As dalai lama have said " happiness is not something ready made , it is comes from your own action ". People always can find a reason to smile but they never consider how much they were happy until the moment become a memory . Overall human Permanently continue to search for what is make them happy and for what happiness consisted .

What is happiness? People have agonized over this question for centuries. Let me start this essay by answering a somewhat easier question: what isn’t happiness? Even though sometimes these items can make you sad or be melancholy, everything has a deeper meaning, you just need to find it because when a person is done using them there is still happiness left to use and these items can make or connect us to happiness.
Happiness is an emotion that can be practiced by anyone, just like all other emotions we have. There is a kind of expectation that comes attached with the term happiness, that people get intrigued, when asked the question, “are you happy?” .Happiness cannot be achieved when we want it but it can be found in unexpected moments or situations. This happens entirely when the choice is made by a person to be happy or not in that particular moment .Happiness cannot be measured in terms of success or money. It is something that is cherished in everyone’s mind as a result of constant choices made to think positively, even when we are surrounded by negativity.
Happiness. Although many people can give simple definitions, it still has so many complexities to it. It can’t be traded, bought, or even measured. Ye it is the most desired thing that all people seek. They desire happiness and constantly want to feel happy all the time. But happiness is not vendored to everyone like a 24/7 food store. It’s not physical in anyway much like the air we breath. So is there really some sort of way to actually determine when happiness is obtained? How does one gain happiness when they lack it? Is it simply a feeling like sadness and anger? Does social class, religion or ethnicity equal to the feeling of joy?
Money is another prominent factor for happiness in human beings. However money can buy you happiness, as long as you give some of the money away, or use it for an experience rather than buying a product. Although past research has been inconsistent in its finding that people who are rich generally are happier than people who are less well off, more recent research finds that the wealthy are indeed considerably happier than those with average or poor incomes (Lucas & Schimmack, 2009). In addition money obviously cannot buy happiness, nevertheless it is better to cry in BMW rather than sitting outside on a bicycle. Secondly, research according to Brooks said that gifts to charitable organizations and other worthy causes bring substantial life satisfaction to the givers. The more you give the more you get, however no one likes to share their money but it depends on individuals too. Giving away your money to charities and foundations who are working for poor/needy can give you a lot of happiness. Thirdly money can give you happiness when you get your paycheck. The emotion which you get after looking your paycheck in your hand after all your hard work and determinations at work. Happiness, what an intellectual matter to discuss even the most knowledgeable person can fully understands it. Where shall I begin such a phenomenon makes you question and wonder about what is happiness? Where can I find happiness? How do I achieve happiness? Is there such thing as happiness? This is just similar to the word love, we do not know what love is, but we can give examples to interpret it. We search for happiness believing it to be an absolute right. We even put it in our Constitution. We search for love believing it an ultimate goal. We build fantasies in our minds about what happiness will look like and sometimes we find the reality of our dreams.
We all want to be happy. Some people are happy for just a few hours by taking a nap, others can find happiness by in a day by going shopping and some who inherit money can be happy for a year. In the Webster dictionary happy is defined as "feeling pleasure and enjoyment because of your life, situation, etc." Many people believe that having money will get them the pleasure and enjoyment in life that will make them feel happy. They think that money can buy them happiness. This may be true but money can also brings stress, it consumes your life, and makes you greedy and self-centered. No matter how much money you have, happiness cannot be bought.
Happiness can come in a wide variety of things. Different things make different people happy. Seeing a cute dog can make me happy for a moment. Do we long to be happy one day at a time or are we longing to know we will never be sad? Assume every person on the planet has had their happy moments, there is always a deterrent. Always the next moment that can be taken in any direction and if you have experienced emotions then it is known. People may long to be happy but. I think no one can ever be one hundred percent happy for their whole life, but I think people can be content. There will always be moments that are not happy moments but there will always be another moment that can bring joy. I believe you can be happy with your life, even with those moments of other emotion. One of the main things that I want in life is happiness. What can make me happy are many different things.
