Everyone has distinct viewpoints of happiness. It is subjective. Happiness for a lot people is a form of something a person does that makes them comfortable or something they really appreciate doing. Some people say happiness is hanging out with their loved ones. Others say happiness is when they distance themselves from everyone to do their own thing in their own world. Since people have an alternate viewpoint of happiness, the definition isn't particular and the meanings are diverse.

What is happiness? There exists many different opinions and scientific studies proving that people have happiness in their life is a choice in life. However, what one person finds happiness in may bring sadness and sorrow to another. Some people only value greed and money, while others may find happiness in nature and being able to live another day. There seems to be no universal criteria to define what exactly happiness is.

Have you ever experience happiness more than one? Its overall the goal that you’re going for in life is to be happy. The dictionary's definition of Happiness is feeling or showing pleasure or contentment. My definition is being able to smile and you know it’s not forced or knowing that you can look in the mirror and truly accept yourself for who you are.

Happiness is not a strange term to us. We usually use that word to express our feelings in every day. Additionally, more than a word, “happiness” is what we really need and always seek in life.
