There are various struggles mankind is facing without a solution in sight. There are money related problems, sickness, suicide, deaths, heart breaks, curse, accidents, marriage problems, depression , fear oh you could keep on adding to this list. Why is that? The reason is man’s sin which brought a curse on the Planet Earth. Genesis says that ever since Adam’s sin, the earth and mankind have been under a curse. Curse came due to sin. Gen. 3:17 “Cursed is the ground for thy sake” The sign of the curse is thorns. For this reason, after Adam’s sin, the earth brought forth thorns. When God made our first parents they were beings to good without evil nature. God placed them in the heaven type of Paradise which had the meaning of heaven. As heaven is so was the Garden of Eden with only one difference. …show more content…
Here Satan could tempt people, but he cannot tempt people in Heaven. This means that the Garden of Eden was a good place without any evil. When Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit they became evil and could not stay in the place of good, the Garden of Eden. Satan as an evil being also had to leave the Garden of Eden and he was the first one to leave. (Gen 3:14-15.). When Satan left the Garden of Eden he became the prince or ruler of the air or atmosphere and of Planet Earth. Stars & planets: Many blame the stars the planets, their birth etc for their failure or success. Stars are not created to give mankind advise. The Bible states that the stars, along with the sun and moon, were created to give light to the Earth. Some do various rituals to come out of a curse. First let me speak of sin & its consequences & then share the good news of the gospel of the crucifixion event. The first fact which the Bible says that all are sinners & our sin takes us to hell is true. The Bible says in Rom 3:23 All have sinned Rom 3:10 There is none righteous. Rom 6:23 says The wages of sin is
The story of Adam and Eve is simple. God created man and gave him a wife and all the animals, along with the Garden of Eden. The only rule was that they could not eat the fruit from the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil or the tree of Life (Genesis 2:8-3:24). Eve, tempted by evil, ate from the tree anyway and let her husband eat from it too.
However, evil soon entered the garden in the form of a serpent. One day when Eve was walking in the garden she encountered the evil serpent who encouraged her to take a fruit from one of God’s forbidden fruit trees. The serpent succeeded in deceiving Eve to take a fruit; she then ate the fruit and shared it with Adam. Then God became angry with Adam and Eve for betraying Him. To punish Adam and Eve, he ejected them from the garden and subjecting them to mortality, painful childbirth, sin and shame.
In the Chapter 3 entitled “The Fall”, Plantinga calls God’s creation a paradise that was turned into a paradise lost because of sin. Sin has affected everything – plants, animals and human beings. Sin and evil are described in vivid detail and spoil the way things are supposed to be. From the beginning, humans have been choosing wrong thereby polluting and perverting our gifts from God. The chapter concludes with the question “who’s to blame?” for our fall. Did God, the devil or other unforeseen powers cause sin? No, we sin because we are sinners and we choose to. Our hope today is in Jesus Christ.
Gen (2) revealed the formation of mankind from the dust of the ground Adam was made to take care of the land. Then God thought man should not be alone and form Eve from one of Adams Rib first to help him take care of the living creatures take care of the earth and obey the laws that were given to them, by being fruitful and multiple the earth as well as taking care everything on earth. (Gen 2)
Adam and Eve were blessed by God; they lived in a sin free garden with no sickness or pain. Satan is called a deceiver. He is the Evil One who deceived Eve. He
The book of Genesis records the creation of the world and everything in it, as well the early relationship between God and humanity. God creates man, Adam, “from the dust of the ground” (Genesis 2:7) and places him in a paradise on Earth called the garden of Eden, where he also places the tree of knowledge of good and evil. From the man, God creates a woman and tells them that they “may freely eat of every tree of the garden, but of the tree of knowledge of good and evil [they] shall not eat, for in the day that [they] eat of it [they] shall die (Genesis 2:16). Despite this warning, the woman, Eve, is eventually tempted to eat the fruit of the treat and convinces Adam to do the same, causing them to be cast out of the garden. Although Adam and Eve do have free will to do what they

In the Garden of Eden, Eve encounters a crafty serpent who convinces her to eat of the tree’s forbidden fruit when it says, “You will not die; for God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” (Hebrew Bible, p. 15). In one way or another, the serpent’s temptation of Eve plays right into a deep desire of being “like God”. She disregards God’s command and is enticed with the idea of breaking out of her human nature. As both Adam and Eve fall into temptation, they confront their true selves. This confrontation happens when they eat of the fruit and immediately notice a significant change. “Then the eyes of both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made loincloths for themselves.” (Hebrew Bible, p. 15). The fruit grants them knowledge and wisdom, and with it the realization that are not like God. As Adam and Eve become aware of their rooted humanity, they “sew fig leaves together to make loincloths for themselves”. This instinct to cover their genitalia, a symbol of their mortality, reveals the shame of their own transience. God uses this shame as punishment when he curses
As Adam and Eve ate the fruit, they became naked and god cursed them by banishing them from the Garden of Eden and placing a guard around the Tree of Life. The serpent is pre-existent evil and is considered a proto, a type of Satan (devil).
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the Earth. After having created everything on Earth, He made man. “The Lord God said, ‘It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.’”(NIV Genesis 2:15). Thus, He made Eve from the rib of Adam. God told Adam and Eve not to eat from the tree of knowledge but the evil serpent, who was craftier than them, tricked Eve into eating the fruit. Eve later convinced Adam after having argued with him and he gave in. Both were punished by God for having gone against His word and would suffer the consequences of it. “So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. After He drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden a cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life” (Genesis 3:23-24).
the earth, and it grieved him to his heart" (Genesis 6:5). So He determined to kill
What I thought of when I saw “good and evil” was the tree of knowledge of good and evil from the Bible. In the Bible, near the beginning of the book—Genesis 2:9—it says that there are two trees, the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. “The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground—trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil”. When Adam and Eve sinned and ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, that's when the concept of good and evil became true. When things were going good, something would upset that and something bad would happen. What I believe is that if Adam and Eve hadn’t have sinned then
In the story Adam and Eve were let to be living in the Garden of Eden, where God had created one of everything. He created many fruits and vegetables, animals, plants, and trees. It was first Adam’s job to take care and live in the Garden of Eden, till one day God saw that Adam was lonely so he took matters into his own hands. God created Eve out of Adam’s rib, that’s how Eve began to live in the Garden of Eden. The Garden of Eden was Adam and Eve’s home and it was beautiful. Till one day God and Jesus had come over to the garden to talk to Adam and Eve and what he was expecting for them to do while they lived there. There were many trees in the Garden of Eden that Adam and Eve could eat from and take care of. God had told Adam and Eve that they could eat fruit from all the trees but one. It was the tree of knowledge of good and evil, it was the center tree of the garden. God had said if they ate fruit from that tree that they would die and have to leave the Garden of Eden. If they didn’t eat fruit from that tree they would be able to live in the Garden of Eden forever.
In six days God created the universe, the earth, and every living thing on it. This includes human beings, who were made in Gods own image. God created Adam and Eve to have an unobstructed relationship with him, He placed them in a paradise called the Garden of Eden and gave them freedom to live in friendship and trust with him. God saw that everything he created was good and He rested on the seventh day (Genesis 2:2). God left Adam and Eve in the garden with specific instructions: they are NOT to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
So He drove out the man; and placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life". Gen. 3:24
