Clark Duke says, “I am a big fan of matching outfits in general”. Matching is so important because it can either make you the laughing stock, or make you the best dressed gentleman in the room, not only looked as a well refined gentleman, but also gaining the 1st impression respect from everyone in the room. To determining if Professor Jason Pitruzzello’s tie matches his outfit there are 3 different aspects to pay close attention to; the color of his shirt with the tie, the pattern of both the shirt and tie, and his overall outfit scheme. Knowing these three things will help determine if Professor Jason Pitruzzello’s tie matches with the rest of his outfit.
The first and most basic phase of determining if his tie matches, is the color

This means that the primary colors of the shirt and tie form a triangle on the color wheel. So we can see, according to the color wheel, that the primary colors match. In addition to the color wheel we can assess the color with our naked eyes. Overall, the shirt is a dark red color, and the tie fades from dark to light back to the dark red. This is important because, according to TheDarkKnot.com, “A monochromatic color scheme involves choosing variants of the same color.” This is exactly what is happening with the shirt and tie combination. By using the color wheel along with the naked eye, we can easily see that both methods show that the color combination of the tie and shirt match together.
The next aspect of determining if the tie matches is comparing the pattern of the shirt and tie. The shirt is plaid, more specifically, a vertically running Tartan Plaid. In comparison, the tie has a diamond pattern all the way from top to bottom. The biggest piece to look at is the plaid pattern of the shirt. The pattern of the tie should be obviously bigger than the pattern of the shirt. This is so the tie looks larger and can stand out so in rather than getting lost in the pattern of the shirt. In this particular instance the tie does its job, having the bigger pattern than the shirt because of the large diamond pattern of the tie with the plaid pattern of the shirt. Because of this relationship, the pattern of the tie matches well with the pattern shirt.

Foremost, it is natural that sometimes we base our opinion of someone because of their looks and location. In Staples’ essay, there is a clear contrast between the types of clothing he wears. In the same paragraph that discusses the grandmother’s outfit, the colors red, blue, purple, and green are introduced. These colors are mentioned for the first time when discussing the grandmother’s clothes and the mother’s kerchief, and they repeated throughout the entire story. A connection can certainly be seen with the grandmother’s blue dress, because when the reader is first introduced to The Misfit, he is wearing blue jeans, and after his sidekicks kill Bailey, they take his shirt embroidered with blue parrots. It may not be easy to pick up on the repetition of these colors, but they are most

The color tone is mostly analogous in the mural; however, there are complementary colors in detail elements such as the artist uses blue and green for large areas to represent river and mountains, uses red and orange to paint houses, huts, horses, small roads and clothes in the village to create emphasis point. Color is the most prominent art element utilized in the work. A series of bright warm colors such as whites, greens, reds, blues, gold, and purple have been used throughout the art. Gold is seen on the robes of the priest and Justinian, but is most noticeable in the background. White is used for the priest’s robes and distinguishes them from the group. A lighter green fills the lower background by their feet while darker greens are used for the shield and bordering designs. A deep purple is seen on Justinian’s robe to show his royalty and power. Blue and red are the least prominent as they are mainly used in the boarder and small details. Lines are used to create a sense of depth and sharply outline the figures. Overlapping is seen with the figures to show their importance in the art. The composition of the art shows the status and roles of the men with the most important near the middle (Justinian) and the least important off to the

We form first impressions and overall judgments about people by the way one dresses. In the workplace, depending on what industry or company it is, employee dress code can differ based on the situation. Those who work at a banking institution are generally required to dress in “suit and tie” or at least business casual. In such workplaces, it is often required to abide by strict policies such as having to cover up tattoos and piercings whilst at the workplace. The dress code is set because the appearance of an employee reflects the company and its values. Thus when dealing with the public, other employees and in all other business relationships, it is important to conduct oneself in a courteous and respectful manner, which also entails dressing appropriately.
Colour schemes are used to unify artworks and it consists of three common schemes: warm, cool, and neutral. The warm colour scheme is vivid and energetic and tends to advance in space. The use of the color of t-shirt a caleb is wearing at a certain point brings about the detail in his feelings and the expression he has. For instance Caleb initially is seen to wear a blue and red t shirt. The juxtaposition of red and blue which is seen throughout the film highlights to what extent a character feels uncertain and anxious. This is evident as after Caleb has won the ‘competition’, he is unsure how to feel and is nervous. As Caleb gets the job, he starts wearing a lot of blue toned
A large part of Tyler's symbolism comes from his clothing. While the Narrator dresses conservatively, even after he abandons his old life, Tyler's clothes are always outrageous. His "business attire" consists of a white suit in which he looks more like a pimp than a businessman; his jacket is red leather, his choice of shirts is unusual to say the least, and his pants always seem a couple sizes too big for him and are worn low on his hips. A few articles of clothing carry more symbolism than others.
